Dk Elves 472 vs Sisters 475 3 point difference between warbands Half of sisters in at start, Doom Bolt took 1 sister OOA, Lillian II, the new Bard was cornered and so charged a henchman, stunned him then died in the counter-charges.
Turn 2, another sister dies to Doom Bolt, which stuns another close sister with S4. 4 or 5 sisters come in on Dk. Elf table end. They came in behind a grove of trees.
Turn 3, some more sisters go OOA, the remainder of the sisters come in on the side. Sister shooting is dismal. Sister superior Victoria (twin hammer hero) charged a henchman and took him OOA.
Turn 4, EVENT: Earthquake, 2 turns, vision 12”, Dk. Elves cannot charge as wanted and shoot and spell.
S.S. Victoria goes OOA to spell, I think Sisters rout with 4 henchwomen and 1 hero OOA.
POST BATTLE: Novice Gretta IX does NOT go OOA and does NOT die!!! S.S. Victoria gains Old Battle Wound Sis. Inga III dies Sis. Kathrine II dies Bard, Lillian II dies Thief, Shihab gets caught stealing and is hung. (ie. dies) Sisters go from 475 to 418! Find obsidian shield and sell for 4gc.

Baron Moore and the Pointy-Pinna'd Payed Putter-to-Death deployed on top of wall in order, hopefully, to run along it, hopping the gaps, and take down the Gobbos' infiltrator.
Unfortunately the goblins took the Baron OOA with just one round of shooting at long range. On the left, the Undead fared better, taking out a couple of goblins, while, in the center, they were setting up for a favorable charge.
That's when the volcano erupted again. Both warbands suffered from its effects, but since Bob had already lost a couple of guys prior to the eruption he decided to bottle.
Baron Moore made a full recovery. I believe that a newb ghoul died. The game itself was actually fairly short - Bob and I just spent a lot of time telling stories and talking about Slayer. Ghostly Goblins of the Night--+2 CP The Purple Court--+2 CP

| The Heist!Chris has declined to pursue his Silent Threat objective by playing the scenario The Heist for the second campaign that he has chosen that objective. Not sure why he chooses the objective... Anyway, I included the scenario as a special choice for anyone in the locations Tlax, Torktuga or Port Sigmar. The Amazons used their last 'chose a scenario' result and tried to snag the Suncrashas' unused Major Artifact for the win... From the Saga of the Toss Their Hair Tribe On the twenty ninth sun of the Moon of Gormánuður Ketta the Vampire Slayer led the Tribe toward a rendezvous with the rogue Torfa Lightfingers. Torfa was to have acquired the Plaque of Xoloc from the Suncrasha Tribe of orcs. It was expected that the orcs would not part with the treasure willingly.
What was not expected was that the orcs had discovered the Secret Paths of the City of Ghosts. Torfa was cut off before most of the tribe could reach her. Only Gorm the Pygmy and two novice warriors known as 'the Blondes' were anywhere near Torfa's hiding place before the orcs surrounded them.
The Tribe tried to break through the orcs, but Modon was struck down and the Orc Slayer wounded before the attack could even be launched! One of the Great Orcs jumped into the midst of the Tribe, causing confusion and delay. Ketta, Hera and the Orc Slayer rushed to slay impudent enemy hero. As Hera cut down the impetuous orc, Bunny the Slayer sighted the renegade Grunthilda. Bunny shot the witch down ending her deadly reign.
The Tribe broke through the encircling orcs, but were too late to save Torfa, who was killed by a fireball as she rushed from hiding. The Tribe deploys. Da Suncrashas rush toward the only building they do not occupy at the end of Turn One. (Friendly Flag and Catacombs means that the orcs searched 5 out of the 6 buildings on the first turn!) Modon just before she is shot down by an orc infiltrator on Turn One. End Game--Ketta and the Orc Slayer charge the orc line. The armless silver orc hero prepares to counter-charge. Post Battle Torfa broke from hiding on turn 4, but she was surrounded by orc archers and their hired warlock. Naturally I forgot I could have attempted to dispell the fatal fireball which was Andrew's last gasp after all the archers missed or failed to kill. Kara Eighth of Eight is killed. Modon fully recovers. The Toss Their Hair Tribe--+1 CP (Dead Outlander) Da Suncrashas won the battle but lost the war. The hero Fasta, the henchmen Clubba, Danga, and the witch, Grunthilda are all killed in the battle. The victorious but drastically diminished (and possibly exhausted) da Sunchrashas concede the campaign. Da Suncrashas--+2 CP Coming soon the Final Battles...

| Week Nineteen--This is the EndIn honor of Halloween (in the USA) the final battles of the campaign featured Undead Pyrates as NPCs. I had not included Curses in this campaign as the new players seemed a bit overwhelmed by all the other things to keep track of, so Bloody Bill did not made an appearance until the 29th of October...The Drifting HulkScenario based on The Treasures of the Undead Ship by SerialMoM Andrew--Da Suncrashas Black Orcs Chris--Dark Elves of Naggaroth (Rating--522) Jim L--Sisters Fanaticus (Rating--418) Report by Andrew Photos by playtable (Jim L) Final Correspondence, To Weaver Forecast Octopus
This is Walker Repentant Lemur, my mission among the Suncrasha Orcs has been successful. The last battle was hard fought, the Dark Elves, Sisters, and the undead of the ship we attacked were fearsome. We hadn't even made it to the ship when a sorcerous bolt from the Dark Elves' aft to our own slew the wizard Ned and knocked an orc stone cold. The sister's cannons pierced the fog and shook our ship mightily, rending most of the pressganged cannon crew out of commission. The wind was against us, but by Suncrasha's urging and the fact that the large ship drifted towards us, we were the first to board. It was a clamor of a melee on board, but just before the battle broke, we managed to haul one chest of treasure from the clutches of the undead.
Thankfully, it was such a clamorous battle that during the confusion of the last battle I was able to slip away with the treasure they stole from the haunted ship. It should be enough to help fund and equip our next expedition. I will meet you with the treasure where the Iron Hand breaks the sunset.Already damaged by cannon fire the Suncrashas' hulk approaches the Hanna BodenThe Druchii sail through the magical fog. (The scenario takes place on a fog shrouded sea.) The great bulk of the Hanna Boden dwarfs her attackers. The Saint Gretta has the wind, but playtable is rolling ones for his speed... The Sisters Fanaticus will reach the battle last. A lone orc reaches a treasure chest. Burna confronts the Zombie Pyrates. The Druchii board from larboard. All three crews attack the hulk. The Saint Gretta's gun hammers the Suncrasha's hulk. A Zombie Pyrate Ogre joins the fray. The Skeleton crew meets the Druchii at the rail. The Druchii attempt to defeat the Sisters with just the crew of a jolly boat. Carnage! Crazy Hoppy Skippy Elf cuts through the Sisters. Bloody Bill Hatchet (painted by Deafnala) tries to stop Burna from escaping with a treasure chest. The ogre is gone, but the lone orc fights on (with more help from his friends). The Sisters cast off. The letter continues: I will miss the Suncrasha Orcs. They were cute, in their own horrifying, terrible way. I'll never forget when Suncrasha asked Burna to cast "Orcish Fly" and jump nine stories down into the middle of the Amazon Warband, relying only on his orcish tenacity, and that Burna survived such a feat with no permanent injury. Or all the times Suncrasha killed more of his own men than the enemy did as punishment for squabling. Or all the times Suncrasha fed the rest of his orcs one by one to the Orcslayer so that we could run away. Or all the times Suncrasha hid behind the bodies of his men. In retrospect, I sure hope the new Master you found is not like Suncrasha. That would be bad.
Now, before this letter reaches you and we meet at the rendezvous, I need to bathe a couple dozen times.
Your obiedient servant, Walker Repentant Lemur Out of character notes: I liked to pretend that my pathfinder was in fact one of the Shadow Walkers I'll be employing in my next warband. ~Andrew~ Post Battle The Suncrashas captured one chest and killed a bunch of Undead Pyrates. Ned the Warlock is killed. 1 CP - Chris wrote:

SerialMoM's thread on this forum is called Battle for the Treasures of the Undead Ship. He posted his version of the scenario there. I think mine is in the thread titled Bloody Bill's Revenge or something like that. I can e-mail you a copy. ______________________________________________________________________________________ The Haunted WreckBob--Da Ghostly Goblins of the Night Elijah--The Purple Court Undead Jim S--Toss Their Hair Tribe Amazons From the Saga of the Toss Their Hair Tribe On the twenty ninth sun of the Moon of Gormánuður Ketta the Vampire Slayer did lead the Tribe in a quest to discover the ancient wreck of the Outlander ship known as the Dutchman. Long was the journey. Dark was the night on which the wreck was finally sighted.
The Tribe fought the Purple Court on the waves of the Lagoon of Dead Ships. The Orc Slayer defeated the dead eater known as Ghoulsby the Second. Ketta cut down Frank the NecK Romancer. The Court fled into the night.
The Tribe boarded the wreck. The Ghostly Goblins were already in possession of the wreck. Ketta cut down Da Shoota as the goblin tried to hold a stair. The Orc Slayer was killed by a poison dagger wielded by Da Stabba, an ignominious death for such a great champion. Modon shot Da Stabba down, but she could not save the Orc Slayer.
Ketta fell wounded before the axe of Da Headtayka. The Tribe wailed with grief and anger. Lorna One Arm was killed by a thrown belaying pin. Bunny the Slayer fell sore wounded by a lowly goblin's sword. The Tribe abandoned the wreck to the goblins. Woe!The Court's flotilla approaches the wreck. The Tribe rows from the east. The foul goblins attack from the west. Headtayka attacks the ghouls boat. All the ghouls will be taken out of action. The Baron challenges Ketta and the Orc Slayer. The Undead appear as the Court's Dark Elf foolishly climbs aboard the wreck. The Court has fled. The Goblins storm aboard the wreck. The Goblins clear the wreck of Undead. The Tribe rows toward the wreck. Lorna and the pygmy Gorm kill the Flying Warlock. The Tribe boards the wreck. Crazy things happen. A shark takes an unlucky squig. Post Battle Ketta suffers Horrible Scars. Bunny hates goblins. Lorna One Arm is killed. The Orc Slayer is killed. The Toss Their Hair Tribe--1 CP Only goblins and squigs die, well maybe that warlock, too. The Goblins find only gold and gems, no artifacts. Ghostly Goblins of the Night--2 CP The campaign ends.

Oh well, I was rather hoping for another Arabian Nights Tale. As a purely selfish suggestion, may be you could resurrect the Halfling Gang. From a reader's point of view, they were a lot of fun.

- It is a shame that there were no clear winners based on objectives but it still sounds like an excellent campaign with fun had by all.
Only Andrew and I were actively following the objective paths as far as trying to fulfill them. Chris put a bounty on Bunny and ran Jim L's Augur as a traitor, but that was about it. For most of the group the objectives are just a variation of victory points rather than a path to follow to a goal. Whatever, it all works. - Deafnala wrote:

Funny you should mention that. Dimlit Furryfoote, his friends and relatives will be journeying to Mordheim and points beyond starting November 6th.

Easy, I wore him down until he surrendered. Throughout the campaign the Amazons always won any roll offs between the two warbands for choosing locations, thus the Amazons ended up being the warband that the orcs needed to beat in order fulfill their objective to win the campaign. Also unlike other warbands that struggled to take out any orc, the Amazons were usually good for bagging 4 or 5 at least (although Boss Suncrasha often helped...)
