This really shows that every man is NOT created equal. That's just...unfair to your fellow hobbyists, making such nice conversions! :O

| Thank you, I guess...
While browsing on Ebay I found two large sets of Sisters of Sigmar... One set of 25 and one set of 15 (including Bertha and an augur). I managed to purchase them both! And for a very good price, I might add... I'm going to field them as a horde of 40 models in my Empire army, probably using the rules for Free Company or maybe even writing some special rules for them...

| My pleasure. xD That sounds great, I really think you could use those as pretty much anything. Free company sure, that would be sweet! Do take a picture of them all when they arrive, maybe we can give you advice or ideas if you aren't completely settled by then. Theo | |

| This unit is going to be every opponent's envy, I guess. Why don't you play them as Flagellants? | |

That's what I was thinking, and the models do look "flaily" enough. However, you can only have 30 flaggies in a unit. (Ten others could become a Warband, and just use the 30 most flail-looking ones as the Flaggies...that's probably what I'd do personally!) Theo

I do hope so! I'm already working on a reasonable background to include them in my Stirland force... As Theo said, Flagellants have a unit cap of 30... Furthermore, I already have a unit of Flagellants. If my opponent let's me, I'm going to field them as Sisters of Sigmar with some additional special rules...

Looking great inspirational Thanks! I make my bases with plaster. If you are interested, they are for sale/trade... Just hit me with a PM! Anyway... Just thought of some special rules for my new Sisters of Sigmar... At the start of the battle roll a D6 and consult the following table: 1. Huh? The Sisters are subject to Stupidity (they are, after all, women) 2-4. How dare you wear the same robes as me The Sisters are subject to Animosity (again, they are women) 5-6. It's that time of the month again The Sisters are subject to Hatred and Frenzy (women...)I am not some kind of misogynist, but I think this could be fun to use (just don't tell my wife I said that)...

Now i just wait for the paint update! Thanks! Ask and thou shalt receive... Quick update! I already had a single Sigmarite Matriarch. The model was going to be used as a statue on my Mordheim board but this afternoon I decided I wanted to get started with my unit... This Matriarch isn't included in either of the two sets I recently purchased. She already lost her whip so I decided to give her a banner instead. The pics are not as bright as I would have liked them to be, but you should be able to get the idea. Sister with banner... The banner is from the plastic Empire Knight kit, the Skeleton is from the plastic Giant kit and the banner top is from the classic Empire range. She may not be that pretty, but she might have a nice character... I blame the camera, she looks better close-up. The Sister's got back... The mortal remains of the first (and last) person to be caught trespassing on the monastery grounds (probably while trying to sneak into the novice dorm)... I opted to paint her robes red and white, this nicely ties the Sisters in with my Warrior Priests as members of the clergy. The banner is painted in the proud colours of Stirland. Thanks for watching! As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated, so please let me know what you think...

| Thanks! If you look closely, it's quite apparent that there is more than a drop of Ogre blood in this Sister On a more serious note, the banner will most likely be transferred to another model and the Sister will probably get a nice hammer. Small update... I've finished my second unit of Handgunners. I merged my two smaller units (they can be found on page 1 and 2 of this thread) and gave them a new command group. The gunners are a mix of Archer bodies and arms from the plastic Handgunners set. The heads are from several different plastic sets. The Musician is a classic metal model, the Marksman has an Outrider cloak and Repeater Handgun... More pics coming soon! Thanks for watching! As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated, so please let me know what you think... | |

| Thanks for the feedback! Small update... The first set of sisters arrived in the mail today! Quite fast! I already started work on them and have some pics to share with you... The first few Sisters... I was amazed of the level of detail on these models. Very nice! I can't wait to get the rest of the unit! My mind wandered a little as I put together the first unit filler... I just couldn't help myself:P Thanks for watching! As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated, so please let me know what you think...

Theo I did give him some very positive feedback on Ebay. Auction ended friday around 7pm, I paid for the items about 10 minutes later and he shipped them the very next morning. That's the way it should be! I've continued work on my Sisters... A few pics... All the Sisters nicely ranked up... As you can see I've already 'scrapped' the unit filler. Getting a guy in between all those Sisters, just didn't feel right (must be jealousy). The unit will get a unit filler which will include the banner previously born by the Matriarch. Some minor alterations... I swapped the shields on these two Sisters... Some of the other models may get shields as well. Thanks for watching! As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated, so please let me know what you think...

| nice work! Although i question the swap for a flail with your sister captain / leader. On the picture it just seems like something tiny, whilst for her large body (it's all muscle! don't hit me! ) I would expect a large heavy object like a hammer Nevertheless, the conversions are awesome And the shields make your sisters blend in nicely | |

| That flail probably takes more force to use than Warhammer, look at the size! Warhammer weaponry is kinda stupidly huge...xD
