| Baltar the Gimpy, an acolyte of the Protectorate was invalided out of active service following a yet another accident involving chaos worshippers and spiky bits on the Eerie Downs. The Protectorate wishes him well in his new endevors as a beggar.
Nubs da Nyfe were a dead killly knife fighter with the Night Gobbos. He was kilt by Middenheimers in another hunting accident.
Gadabout the Red, aka Gablout the Forsworn, Gabiadel the Firestarter , Hrensbane and countless other aliases was killed defending a nameless village from the Ancient One, a vampiress from Lahmia. Memorials may be sent to the Furryfoote Company, The Moot.

| Gort Purple, a frenzied possessed of some evil renown, was slain at the hands of the Champions of Chaos during a hunt for Balewolves in the forests of the Empire (damn Nurgle worshippers, curse them!). His notable vile deeds included slaying halfling cook Dronzo "Sauce" Furryfoote, eating helpless children without washing his hands first, and buggering scores of witch hunter scum in Tzeentch's name. His ability to instantly turn enemy henchmen into strawberry jam will be missed by the Black Spiral Dancers. | |

| Casualty Lists from Araby
We are experiencing a distinct bloom of health in dusty, hot Araby. Many warbands have lost few if any warriors at all, and other players more known for their usual horrific losses, are preforming well under par in the dying department.
Invalided Out due to Injury Da Ol' Boss, leader of the Savage Orcs known as Da Ol' Gangas, took a Deep Wound and never recovered.
Low Baller, a talented cultist of the Devil Doers, likewise suffered a Deep Wound and was replaced by a Beastman before he could recover.
Toren 'Target' Balsashield, a Dwarf Noble who suffered Chest Wounds until Myth removed the whole warband and painted them green.
Sold into Slavery Thompson, an over aggressive Witch Hunter.
Killed in Action Algden Smiter, warrior priest of the Hunters of the Fallen, killed by Skaven.
T-Dawg, a Big Un, rubbed out by Savage Orcs.
Chucky-D, a somewhat talented orc, killed by Savage Orcs.
Algden Smiter II, killed by Malhotep the Deluded But Deadly.
Good Sir Robin, murdered by Savage Orcs. Profile: 28xp M4, WS3, BS3, S3, T3, W1, I3, A3, LD8 Equipment: Lance, Warhorse, Heavy Armour, Kite Shield Skills: Impetuous, Ride Warhorse, Shield Bash Previous Injury: Old Battle Wound
Burned at the Stake Almah the Wind Rider, Mage of the True Sons (and Daughters) of the Desert. She was captured by the Hunters of the Fallen. Not a good fate for a Mage. | Palor of the Pale Bones, a Clan Pestilens Sorcerer, was murdered by Marienburgers in Torktuga.
Snikk, a traitorous Pestilens Initiate who sought adventure on the high seas with the Sartosan Pyrates, was killed and eaten by Pustus' Pride, a rat ogre. Thus do all traitors perish.

| Konrad Shrieber: Reiklander Youngblood. What he lacked in skill, he made up in brute strength. (S4 was his only advancement) Was cut down before his prime by a pair of Saurus Warriors defending his Captain. His sacrifice will not be forgot.
Grizzkit Backstabber: Black Skaven. Met his match facing down a Lizard Totem Warrior. His Assassin chief will miss him, as he will cost many warptokens to replace.
Mott Amaan: Necromancer. Joined his undead lackeys thanks to a Skaven Assassin's blade. Other warbands breathe a sigh of relief, safe in the knowledge that their fallen comrades will no longer rise to fight against them.

| With great Heartbreak, the Crypt Deniers report the second death of that old Hound Dog, the Ghost of Elvis. He was killed (destroyed?) a second time by the Cruel Amazons of the Heart of Darkness in old Torktuga town, down at the docks. The Crypt Deniers swear that he will rise again with the next Blue Moon...or their next game, whichever comes first. | |

| Recent Casualty Lists from the Karribean (Well fairly recent...) Hairy No-brain, a Bestigor, was killed by Captain Bluebeard's Crypt Deniers in a salvage dispute that Bluebeard lost. Hairy now shambles with the Crypt Deniers as skeleton crew.
Uglug Da Nutta, of the Red Jaw White Skull tribe disappeared under mysterious circumstances and is presumed dead. Scaly Wags probably got 'im.
Gothma Da Brute, also of the Red Jaw White Skulls, was trampled by a crowd; then speared by an ungor as he lay helpless while crossing the Long Pier in Torktuga. Lawlessness is rampant.
The Mad Monk Rash'pittin, late of the Monks of Bilbous Abbey, died screaming on an altar of Sotek.
S'Nerk, a Talented Novice of Bilbous Abbey, was killed by the Crazy Doxy off the Tarantula Coast. The Scaly Wags also encountered his corpse in Port Sigmar, where it was blown to bits by Chotec's Wrath.
Elise, an Amazonian Champion, choked on the Warpstone fumes during a duel with Mad Gzzz'rot of Bilbous Abbey. 'Tis said she still haunts the seas with the Crypt Deniers.
Izzy, a Talented Saurus brave, was killed by Gzzz'rot during a street brawl in Torktuga.

| Fathi I, a lowly Caravan Guard with the Khalibon Manpower Exchange, becomes the first casualty of the City of Thieves campaign. Fathi was killed in his first battle by the Sewer Slinkers or some such Skaven gang.
He was replaced at great expense by Fathi II who is rumored to be a cousin.

| There are a group of us in York playing through a campaign at the moment. So far my Witch Hunters have had mixed fortunes, after two victories with no-one even out of action the last two games have gone less well. Still, the casualty list could be worse...
Reverend Theophilus Anger, slain by the nefarious Count Pyotr von Racken who objected to the rousing sermons that did steel our hearts against the vile undead.
Witch Hunter Lazarus Chruchyard, distracted by a ghastly wailing building and then trampled into the dirt by a mob of Black Orcs

| Lars the Ulfwerenar, sold into slavery by a butthurt team of skaven after your Jarl killed their leader. You and your incredible speed and savagery will be sorely missed.
Ungrimm the Bondsman, after a hit to the head you threw your lot in with the Beserkers, flailing your arms and running in wildly, but after a dubious charge you were escorted to the afterlife by some Sigmarite Valkyries.

| I've been ignoring Al-Haikk's obituaries:
Eekreek, an unlucky Black Skaven of the Sewer Slinker clan, was killed by Slavers in the Thieves Quarter.
Brother Lucius Gelt, a Priest of Handrich, was ambushed by Sewer Slinkers while shopping in the Merchant's Quarter.
Jonah von Dammen, Witch Hunter of the Temple of Handrich, (long story) was killed by the Black and Tan skaven gang while searching for evil doers in the Thieves Quarter.
Lenny the Lazar, a Lazar Hired Sword, was killed by Farid the Horrible of the Nearly Twenty Thieves during a failed ambush of the gang's Thieves Quarter hideout.
Fathi II, a Caravan Guard just like his brother Fathi, was killed by the Mostly Grey Tribe of Savage Orcs. The murder took place in the Thieves Quarter.
Fathi III, also a Caravan Guard just like his brothers, Fathi and Fathi, lost a Pit Fight badly.
Djedi, a talented Tomb Guardian of the Eternal Court, destroyed utterly by the Shaman of the Mostly Greys.
Baba Ali, leader of the Nearly Twenty Thieves, was shot and killed by a marine marksman belonging to a Nordlander Shore Patrol while attempting to defend a smuggled cargo down at False Bottom Wharf in the Thieves Quarter.
M4 BS4 WS5 S4 T4 W1 I4 A1 Ld9 Equipment: Sword, dagger, Repeating Pistol (never fired), Crossbow. Toughened Leathers, Helmet, Rope and Hook, Nomad Robes (new, still in box), Tarot Cards, Lucky Charm, Rabbit's Foot (neither worked!) Skills: Known Thief, Quick Shot and Weapons Master. 46 Experience
Almah al Eddessa, a Master Thief with the Dead Babas, was killed by a sling stone flung by one of the Sewer Slinkers' verminkin while disputing the loot of a Wizard's Mansion in the Arabyan Quarters.

| 'Tis with great sadness i announce the following deaths: Zapgob Gorkspeaka, sharman of Muzgrub's 'Eadbashas, died after downing a vampire and a Beastman chieftain with Fire of Gork, only to be shot down by a Dreg with a Bow.
Porky Sidesplitta, Big Un of the Eadbashas, failed a diving charge, fell 1" OOA and died
Fendor, of the Bladed Barstards, bit off more then he could chew when he charged 4 zombies of the dead incarnate.
And finally Goraf Bloodhoof took a Tilean bolt to the eye, his body has been added to the herds victory feast. EDIT: rather the double post the next weekends deaths: The Bladed Barstards copped a mauling at the hands of the dead incarnate; they mourn Walter von Brauchitsch, first champion, laid low by a ghoul, Otto Von Dodenburg, Master at Arms, skewered by a dreg with a spear after a heroic charge to hold up a flank attack Nico Hastardd, young blood, who passed his fear check to charge some zombies....unluckly for him his 2 swordsmen comrades werent so brave and he was dragged to his doom in the following turn by grave dirt coated claws. Herman, marksman, fell 3 stories trying to get a better shot to cover his captain.
The Templars of Sigmar entered the city this weekend, intent on cleansing the city. Their mission was hampered by the loss of Luther Portas, warrior priest and faithful follower of sigmar. He wrongly believed that a prayer could stop a foul possessed's claws, his mangled corpse says otherwise!

| @SonoRuss--valiant warriors all I am sure. We gather today to pay respects to Freya the Serpent Priestess, who was murdered by a Dark Elf Assassin employed by the foul Ghostly Goblins of the Night. WS 4, BS 5, S 3, T 4, W 1, I 4, A 2, LD 8 Equipment:Spear, x2 Dagger, Sun Staff, Lucky Charm, Skins and Charms, Holy Relic, Amulet of the Moon, Blessed Water 48 XP Skills:Elixir of Life Spells: Shield of Thorns, Light, Serpent's Strength Freya showed great promise. Blasting two of the Sisters of Sigmar out of action in her first battle. Alas this was the high point of her career. Most battles, her simplest spells would confound her. Everyday tasks, like climbing walls, were quite beyond her ability. Still the Tribe prospered under her direction and her foibles will be missed. | |
