Stumbled across this forum today while doing a random google search and I absolutely love it. I played Mordheim a lot when it first came out but haven't in years. I'm looking to get back into it along with 40K and Fantasy. I've searched around here a bit and love some of things I've seen. I'll have to go home and dust off some of my stuff and post some pictures.

Hello, new to the board.

My RPG group started playing Mordheim back when it first came out, and it quickly took over our RPG sessions! When we did start role playing again, we used the Mordheim rules - believe it or not, they seemed to work fine.

Long story short, I lost all my minis years ago(including all my Warhammer stuff, which included a full army) and started collecting them again about a year ago. I haven't felt motivated to paint a whole army, but as I started downloading Mordheim rules and thinking of playing again, I realized I'd feel more motivated with a variety of smaller "armies," and am really thinking of selling or trading a lot of my Warhammer stuff for other models for Mordheim.

Either way, I'm definitely going to start playing again. I found scans of the Mordheim buildings(maybe on this forum, I forget, it was a few days ago) and am going to glue them to black foamcore to make buildings. I suppose this will work. Maybe I'll post more details of what I plan to do in the buildings section of the forum.

Anyway, hope to stick around a while, as Mordheim was my favorite game and I see myself getting back into it big.

Hello fellow Mordheim Lovers!

I have only recently discovered this site. The reason being I have been living in sin (yes ive not played Mordheim for 9 years). I got into the hobby when I was 8 years old with Hero Quest. 23 years later and Im still an addict, I have spent some years in the wilderness but a few years ago got back into the hobby.

I completely forgot how much fun creating a warband could be and watching it develop (or get slaughtered). I recently got in touch with some old friends I have not seen for years (three brothers who lived across the street when I was a kid) and when I started talking about Mordheim they immediately ordered me to get a new warband together so we could start a campaign (luckily they forgot about the incident with their pet dog... poor Dave he has never been the same since).

So now I can catch up with all the cool stuff that's been happening in the hobby and will share with you the trials and tribulations of my new Estalian (counts as Marineburg) warband the BLACK DIABLOS

Hello all. Long time lurker. Created an account a few months ago, finally decided to post. I have played Mordheim a total of 3 games. I live near Frederick MD (Northwest of Washington DC). I have been playing WFB for almost two years now. I run a Lizardmen warband. I really enjoy the skirmish aspect of Mordheim and how quick the games are.

So my Mordheim game finally came in... MISSING THE RULEBOOK AND BUILDINGS. Which is the main reason I wanted it! I couldn't care less about the miniatures as I can buy those separately anyway. I'm seeing about a refund. If they won't refund me I'm going to be extremely upset.

I think I'll just make my own buildings once I send this back. I made one, didn't look great, but I think a little patchwork and some paint and it'll be passable as a game piece. I'll get better as I go, and it'll be cheaper than the $175 I paid just to get hassles like missing rulebooks and stuff.

Only been playing Mordheim for 4 / 5 years now.
We got a small group here that meet up religously every wednesday .....
There 11 of us that hunt in Mordheim now .... been recruiting the Warhammer fantasy players.
We all mostly play Warhammer fantasy , Warhammer 40k , WW2 , and Mordheim.
Your site has been an inspiration for my terrain building for a while now.
Figured mite as well join and show some of my dirty work .

Hi all, I've been playing GW tabletop games since '91, (started with WH40K). Mordheim has got to be my fav though. I love the individuality that can be achieved in the modeling and painting process. I am a decent painter and modder, but am technologically challenged (lol). I also like creating scenery and am working on rules for a new warband. I will attempt to get some pics up soonish. I stumbled across this forum via BtB while looking for TC downloads. My friends and I started playing Mordheim when it was first released but after GW stopped supporting it we eventually moved on to other things. Lately we have returned to the city of the damned full force and have been surprised to see how much has been added to it in the intervening years. We look forward to campaigning in/with all the new supplements and such.

Hi everyone! I've been playing Mordheim for a good 12 years now, and am currently in a campaign with a hardy gang of dwarves. I'm Cornelius' brother, so I get to play on his great Mordheim table. You might have seen some of his photos about. I've been inspired to build my own recently, and would ideally like to build a Lustria board for the whole 2012 End of the Mayan Calender thing. I've also got a Greenskin warband forevever on my painting board. Too many projects and not enough time, eh?
