Have you seen that ridiculous Lustrian board from Gameday back in the year that campaign was running? 10 feet across of custom modeled terrain or something like that.

Hope you like this forum, which I've found is pretty much the only place to discuss Mordheim on the web.

37 CrossFit trainer, American Red Cross worker about to move from San Diego to the East Coast probably. Ex US Navy Deepsea Diver.

I have a recently arrived box of the original Dark Future game (plus some extra bikers coming via Ebay), and could be persuaded to pick up some titans for Epic-scale 40K, or get into Aeronautica Imperialis or BFG. Other than that I think I'm mostly looking for Mordheim/Coreheim/Necromunda/Deathsquads/ITEN/Killzone or skirmish-type low-model count 40K/fantasy gaming.

Hi, im Walgis, im from Lithuania.
Me and my fellows really want to try mordheim, and as much as i read the rules the more i like them We play warhhamer FB so the rules are quite easy.
My first band will be skaven as i would love to climb, and diving charge enemys
Ofcourse my love is lizardmen, but i dont like skinks and in warand theres only 5 saurus :/ thats not a warband for me.
I think i will be posting some match reports later on

Hello all! I just registered on behalf of myself, Mike, and my friend, also called Mike. We just started playing Mordheim again with our good friend, Mike. No, really.

We've taken a lot of inspiration from this site so we thought it's time to give a little back. I hope to put up some photos of our scenery and warbands once we get a decent camera at around xmas time. I also take to the narrative side of Mordheim so i'd like to post a few mini-stories for reading; if someone could point me in the right direction of where to post these that's be grand.

It's good to see so many still into the hobby after so many years of its decommission and we're glad to be 3 of them

Favourite Fantasy Race: Well, although I can't settle for one specific aspect of it; I absolutely love the insidiously corrupting powers of Chaos, be they mortals, daemons or even beastmen. If it worships the Big 4; I like it.

Something about myself: I'm currently doing a Science course and will hopefully be heading to university next year. I'm an on-off war gamer and have been since I started playing back when I was 9 or 10. I have a terrible job washing up at a local bar, but it covers my costs until I enter studentdom. I also try to keep my hobby as separate as I can from my long-suffering (three and a half years) girlfriend.
Oh I also GM a local Dark Heresy game.

I've set up a local Mordheim group in the area and I've gotten a load of other people to start playing too. So far we have:

Me - Possessed
Nick - Undead
Will - Lizardmen
Charlie - Witch Hunters

So plenty enough to keep it diverse 'n' interesting! ... We hope. Although if anyone's in the Leicestershire area, we'd love if they were interested in taking part! Shoot me a message/email/add me on msn.

Hi My name is Mike but you can call me Dorf. It saves a lot of time. I've been playing wargames and RPGs for around 30 years. I've been playing Mordheim for 3 or 4. Right now I'm one of the players in the vampire hunters campaign that has 2 threads so far (I think). I'm running a Kislevite warband that's still in the relatively early stages of development.

Hello everyone my name's Sam, I'm from england and I'm an orcoholic.
I've been playing/collecting warhammer miniatures for nigh on 10 years and this is the first 'community' site I've joined (finally taking the plunge).
I also enjoy writing source material for D&D and elaborately roleplaying characters when I get to DM.
Recently my girlfriend and I have been painting quite a few models, so hopefully when I can get my camera working y'all can see some of those, I'm not that great due to my lack of an attention span, but she's something of an artist

I'm havre, part of a gaming communty in Oslo, trying to find time to gaming and terrain building between work and family. Our group play mostly 40K, WHFB and Warmahordes. I've been lurking here for years gathering inspiration from the Scenery and Terrain subforums, with boreas' little corner as a favourite. My own work is mostly presented on Terragenesis.
