I'm Alex and I just joined the forum, so hi again

Mordheim is definetly the GW game I have played the most. I started way back when it came out and primarily played with my brothers, good times.

I just found our old minis after like 8 years and thought it would be fun to paint them up, a lot of them never got finished, and that of course led to searching the net for ideas and thats how I ended up here.

I'm a swedish speaking finn, meaning I live in Finland and speak swedish . Between work and starting a family I'll try to find time to paint something up and maybe play a few games.

thank you Deafnala and mweaver! I have already found all kinds of cool stuff and inspiration. Next week I will be playing with my brothers (for the first time in about eight years) so lets see if we remeber how it's done. We will be trying out the awesome Sartossa setting with some freshly painted minis. The dwarfs are almost done, now I just need to paint some beastmen/norscans and bulid and paint a pirate warband as well. Oh my...

I am a 29 year old resident of Windsor, Ontario. Canada.
I've been a hobbyist for many years, an artist for as long as I can remember.
I managed a local GW store for 3years.
I found this forum by searching for Mordheim related sites, as I have just launched a campaign with some friends. I must say that I was immediately impressed with the amount of quality content this site has to offer, as well as the warm sense of comradery amongst its members. Great site.

played mordheim a long ways back, found the original rulebook when i was cleaning out my game room to use it for my step sis and just wanted to play. found all my old warbands and got a few friends to play. started making scenery and painting again, since i gradated i have all the time in the world pump out warbnds one offs and scenery but i gotta get some sleep so ill be back later

I'm Rich T (hence the nickname)

I've now been playing GW games for much longer than I didn't and Mordheim has always been a favourite, though sadly I've not been able to play it as often as I'd like.

But that's all changed! My local gaming club are running an Ankh Mordheim campaign loosely based on Terry Pratchett's excellent novels and Steven Briggs beautiful map and the Harriers are once more dealing death from the shadows!

As a Terry Pratchett Fanatic, I LOVE the whole concept of gaming in the setting not to mention ALL THE GREAT modeling possibilities...OH BABY!

Hello all! Name's Robb, and I hail from the great Brew City! I've been scouring for wyrdstone for going on a decade now, and I've actually been registered here for some time. Just spying and lurking.
We're starting our...well...somewhere in the neighborhood of...hundredth(?) campaign on Sunday, and this forum has been instrumental in my renewed interest in different warbands, BTB, NC, EiF, and all the other stuff not found in the original book.
So, in honor of Mordheim, Tom, and all the other wonderful members, I raise a beer and a shot of whiskey!


edit: oooh, and two things: First, I actually did take a shot and a beer. Second, uh, I can't quite seem to figure where to get feedback on warband lists...sorry, used to other forum sites. Any help would be appreciated.

So I just fell off the wagon and got back into wargaming miniatures. Thankfully, I fell into Mordheim, which is a heck of a lot cheaper than most other GW games. Especially seeing as I'm buying all my models from other companies...

Anyway, I'm from Melbourne, and... yeah, can't really think of much more to add at this juncture.

Theomar Pius from Michigan. Many of you know me from other forums or cmon, but honestly just found this place the other day.

I don't actually play any wargames, never actually played Mordheim, but do own a few of the minis, and am a persistant builder of foam houses, and the worlds 3rd largest consumer of xacto blades!

Well here goes... my name is Daithi (its Irish for David) I'm fifteen and I live in Borris, Co. Carlow.
I've been playing mordheim for about a year now, and fantasy for about two years, much to the confusion of my friends, (they don't get it at all...) I'm really enjoying the Pirate Warband because I get to have some fun with adapting miniatures to give them a sea-doggish look (My ogre was really fun to paint!) As for fantasy I'm collecting High Elves, they're awesome.
At the moment I'm pretty much devouring warband rules and campaign settings, trying to find out more things to take to the table! (which incidentially was how I found this site )
