There may eventually be another miniature added to the piece as an antagonist for The Spook, but for now the Spook on the Hill is finished:

AND, I was for some reason, which now escapes me, looking for Stumpman. I was pretty sure he was waiting for a base. When I found him I also found I had given him a new base. SO I figured if I forgot all the rest of it...this is a definite sign of imminent senility...I probably forgot to take/post photos of the Old Stump. This will now be corrected...before I forget again:

...Paul & John wrote the song FOOL on the Hill, but it is the Sergio Mendes & Brazil 66's version which is what keeps playing through my head. That is where I got the name for the piece.

Miss a few days posting & all sorts of things get finished & need posting.
SO the two Witch's Hunter Hunters are receiving some attention. THe Pistol Packing Lady Hunter is done:








Meanwhile her male associate got a bit of a conversion; i.e., the Zombie head he was toting was replaced wit a Flagellant's head...he is after all in the employ of The Witch:


Then he was base coated:




The Zombie head was just too cool to waste; ERGO, I did a repair job on the back of his head...he will be popping up sometime in the future when least expected:


The Bad Morels got based & base coated:




AND a new Mushroom, the Sentient Cup Mushroom, is in development:


Last & certainly least, another Face to use up the left over green stuff:


Until later...that is a GREAT way of saying "I haven't a clue when next I will post anything".  

AND the next day sees the Devil's Cup Mushroom green stuffed:


...with an earlier type based & ready for some paint:

SO I thought a few photos of the things on the worktable might be motivating for me & entertaining for you.

After I took these pics I went looking for something in The Vault. The amount of things I have underway or still in their blister packs/boxes/loose is staggering. With "]SO MUCH to do, I think a nap is in order.

So much to comment on...

~Love that witch hunter guy, I bought him the week he came out...
--he might get painted when the other 20 witch hunters I got before him are done. I like Witch Hunters almost as much as pirates.
~Oh the Bad Morels! My sides hurt...

Thanks for the reply, Jim. I am glad you enjoyed the stuff. I've added yet more stuff to the mix...there were some painted Mushrooms that just need basing & other alluring thingies.
There should be more photos by Monday...or so.

Not as far along as I hoped, but you may have noticed there are some additional Mushrooms in the mix...more is less.

Skipping right by the original Work Table Mob, the New Comer albeit-previously-painted-&-unbased Mushroom were pcompleted:






















There you go. When the rest of the W.I.P Mushrooms are done, I plan on doing a group photo & maybe some individual pic on the photo stages.

Briefly overcoming inertia, I got a little more done on the Witch's Hunter, Slade Heatcote (that's his name for the moment:

I really like the colour of his coat- you really nailed that.
