| Can you really have too many shrooms? Or even enough?
Do you buy green stuff by the pound? | |

| The Little Fungi Fellow do grow on you...so to speak. I figure between Rapunzel's & The Swamp, I'll be using a fair number of the Guys.I approach the pound mark whenever I order more G.S., I'll be getting a new order off by Monday which will have a 1/2 pound included. | |

| Thanks, Ben! I sculpted a couple more & added arms to the flat capped Mushrooms. All the stems are done & those that are ready for paint have been prepped. There are six more faces to do; then on to the colors! More photos later...if the Internet stay operable. | |

| Thanks, Jim. The Zombies are one of G.W.'s boxed sets that I buy just for the parts. The hands are BEAUTIFULLY sculpted. | |

| Very productive day! On a side note, the Twins have won ten games! Ten! They may even finally have a pitcher who has won 2... Long season ahead. | |

| Thanks, Chief Tugboat...glad you like the Guys. I'm not really sure how long it takes per Mushroom. The plumber's epoxy putty dries quickly; so the body of the each has to be done in under ten minutes...I usually do a few caps at a time; then their stems. Next I do a light sanding, drill the holes for the beads, & mount them...a couple of minutes per mushroom. The Green Stuff takes longer. I do the stems & let the cure. Then the caps/faces..that can take up to a half hour per mushroom, depending on how well the Green Stuff is working. It takes about two to three hours for the Green Stuff to cure. | |

| The mass effect is pretty spooky though. AND the eyes really seem to follow you. It's probably the hole in the bead...or not. | |

| I'm getting a Nixon vibe from the first one. Could be the camera angle though. | |

| The nose & the jowls match up. Considering what they grow mushrooms in, it is no wonder they resemble politicos. I reality the blue is closer to purple, but I'm glad you like it anyway. | |
