I finished the new Mutant Mushroom on the block a bit too late to post yesterday.

I have some ideas for making heads for Goblin & Zombie bodies now. The possibilities are getting more plentiful as time gets less so.

The weekend wasn't a waste after all; re, five new Mushrooms are ready for basing & mayhem...probably in that order:




...each new one starts a couple of new ideas roiling around my brain...this could be trouble.

The Grim (Reaper) Mushroom with the scythe will be getting a Graveyard Base. In preparation I did up a couple of spooky gravestones:

Thanks, Codsticker. I am glad you like the stuff. The hot weather is my main motivation lately; i.e., it's too hot to move away from the A/C by my work table.

I've been doing mostly drudge-not-worth-taking-photos-of work. Today I started the Grim Reaper Mushroom's base:

I am plodding along with the Graveyard Mushroom. Motivation is fine. I am just moving more slowly this morning.
SO this gives me a moment to post some intermediate photos rather than my normal start & finish pics:






All that need to be done now is painting theSpooks, planting some grass, DullCote, a dry brush of the grass, & the final pics...a nap might figure in there somewhere.

The Cemetery is one of the three Witches' Boards. It's next to the Shanty Town which, in turn, borders the Witches' Isles (the Isles of Langerhans). I'm going to start doing new photos of the completed boards soon.
