I am new to the board as an active member, but I thought I wait until I have some pictures of the stuff I do (posted already at the scenery topic)

I am from Vienna, Austria and I am unfortunately very short on playing time, but during the night I paint houses

When I play I am mainly orcy, although I started a Marienburger and a Chaos Warband recently, but in any case with heretical few GW miniatures.

Hi!

I'm Mick, I'm from the Netherlands and I've been playing Warhammer for four years now.
About half a year ago, I heard about this game called Mordheim. Having always been more interested in smaller battles and the fate of my heroes over huge games, I decided to try it out.
My first step was to take my 10 state troops and 10 handgunners and convert them into something Mordheim-looking. The resulting warband was highly unbalanced, having only two heroes and way too many models with light armour, and unsurprisingly the brave Middenheimers got shot to pieces by 300 points worth of pesky Reiklanders before even getting into close combat. After the second game, when my general got sacrificed to the gods when I rolled 'captured' in a battle against amazons, I decided to end the warband and start a new one.
This new warband, although losing the general in the first game, has grown considerably, and currently the only thing holding back my warband is the fact that there are only two people in the area who actively play Mordheim -one of which being me-.
My actual empire army has also grown considerably, and having 2000 points worth of empire now I can field pretty much any warband I want with all the models I have.

Only pretty recently did I find about this forum, and being someone who would almost cancel his own birthday to play a game of Mordheim, I signed up

Hey guys I'm Matt, I come from Brisbane Australia, been reading the site for ages and been playing Mordheim on and off since I was 15. Started playing seriously again earlier this year with a Campaign set in Mordheim using the Campaign guide from the mordheimer site, had about 12 people play that, after we finished we went onto BTB and are about a 1/4 of the way through with 15 players, its been so epic so far i don't think we could ever go back to regular 'Heim! anyway I'm sure im going to be posting heaps of questions and queries all over the forum, just wanted to say hi.

Long time admirer, first time poster! It's been a while since my Beastmen warband tread the streets of the City of the Damned in a campaign with some friends, but recently the itch to play has returned. Mordheim having such a great atmosphere whilst remaining affordable is a good combination for a poor student such as myself.
22 years of age, resident of Groningen, the Netherlands. Yet to find interested folk hereabouts, but that'll come with time and the lure of warpstone...

OK... I'm kind of a goofball, in that I have two warbands, both made from Privateer Press minis, because they were cheaper. I'm trying to get a Roll20 Border Town Burning campaign going because the local Mordheim scene is deader than disco.
