| Thanks, floedebolle! I just might have a couple more Dark Sun minis kicking around...I know there are a few Planescape Guys & Gals in the Vault. | |

| Excellent mediocrity! I'm thinking the minis would be useful to a desert themed Lizardman warband. They do make a great vingette. | |

| Really like the Dark sun fellas, the favourite being the big guy. Your mushrooms just keep mutating, which is good, I think... | |

| Thanks for the positive feed back, Guys! @Von Kurst: while Dark Sun claims the Blue Boys are Gith/Githerai/or such, they semm to be universally looked upon as Lizard Lads. Ringing the Guys in vignettes with paper reinforcements or tiny rubber bands for casualties makes them usable for gaming. @folketsfiende: The Mushrooms do seem to get their rocks of by mutating. Plus coming up with new ones has become an obsession with moi. One of my amigos from L.A.F. may have some cast up for sale; the Mushroom Infestation is coming... BWAHAHAHAHA or not. I had been motivated to finish the Boys before the "new & improved" Photo Bucket was forced upon me, but when I went to upload the photos, I found the next version had gone into effect 12 days early (insert a string of expletives here). | |

| Haven't looked through all of it but from what I understood you made all those shrooms and whimsical miniatures yourself. Very impressive. Wish I could paint like that | |

| Thanks for the kind comments, wanna! I'm glad you like the stuff & took the time to say so! Aside from some plastic arms from G.W. the Mushrooms are all my fault...God provided some of the parts for the trees. As far as painting goes, I started out as an average games quality painter; after half a century, I've improved some. SO keep at it & you'll get there. | |

| Thanks for all the kind words, Guys; they fuel my creative fires...so to speak. Having gotten rid of some space taking furniture, I now have enough room in my work/sleep place to keep all my projects accessible. Hopefully this will mean I get more accomplished on the more daunting pieces...or not. | |

| Oh boy! Those towering formations are insane!!!!! I must build something like that too! Are they made of insulation foam or foamboard - or something else?
Incredible!

| Thanks for the positive feedback, JoaoS! I have a tendency to get carried away with things. The positive side of that tendency is what leads me to making some impressively tall buildings. With the exception of some balsa & bass wood, the buildings are entirely made of 1/4" insulation foam. The rock formations are 1/4", 3/4" & 1" insulation foam. AND the Mushroom Cap on the central (O'Leery's) Tower is a florist foam cone plus some Woodland Scenics Foam Putty to fill in all the tiny holes. | |

| Thanks, folketsfinde! As I add the scaffolding & walkways connecting the upper stories, the gaming aspect of the piece should increase...my Bar Wars Rules give extra points for combats at higher elevations. Luring Folk to Texas for some gaming may yet be my ulterior motive... BWAHAHAHAHAHA ...or not. | |

| Impressive work, Nala! This is the first time I've seen this thread, and it's taken me quite some time to get through it all... With all this terrain and mini's and hobby stuff taking up so much space, I take it you must be living in your basement? | |

| Hey, welcome back! I especially like the parts that are angled out over the front of the building. Angles like that make a building much more interesting. | |

Days, or even hours, without your trusted PC and internet connection can feel totally inconvenienced, right? Glad you're back, and with some nice shots, too. I love the doors on your structures, where did you get those? | |
