[Supplement] Border Town Burning - Full Supplement Out Now!!

Ok first impression is that it looks impressively professional! And Botch looks like a proper little citadel miniature with the blue/white background, I feel like a proud father!
I won't be able to have a proper look at it until after uni but yeah it looks good so far guys!

before I comment on Btb, let me make two things clear:

1. I'm no fan of "anciant asia" type fantasy settings.
2. Warriors of chaos are (fluff- and rulewise) my least favourite army in WHFB.

Considering this, I have to say: BTB is the GREATEST alternative campaign setting for Mordheim!

I want to thank Cianty and all people that helped to develop and test this gem. I had a great time reading the documents and I was waiting unpatiently for the next installment to come out. And now finally I have the whole thing in one great piece.

Ince again, thank you. And I hope, that in the future we will see more of your great work

I am glad to see some folks are already checking out the supplement!

When everyone has had a fair chance to digest some or all of the content, then I'm sure we can all look forward to seeing which bits from the whole campaign book will become each others favourites and the reasons why.

Similarly if there was anything which didn't meet your expectations then please share with us the reasons for this.

Found a few spelling mistakes or grammatical errors but certainly a lot less than a GW publication.

Was just curious about one of the FAQ answers in the back of the book but should probably raise that in a separate thread rather than here.

I've got a binder ready, and am waiting for the opprotunity to print it off. So far, it looks great!

If you guys can put together and launch a supplement like Border Town Burning (I just downloaded and read the full thing), then the least I can do is join a forum that I've been lurking on for ages and publicly say: Thank you! It's amazing!

And I join my voice to the chorus who are saying: Wouldn't it be nice if this helped GW wake up and recognise that a keen fanbase for Mordheim still exists?

Hey ditto above, excellent supplement cianty, my group has been waiting for this for a while and had our first game the other night which was much fun. The supplement is done so well and i look forward to exploring it further. best supplement ive seen!

Well . . . it's printed, in colour, in a snazy binder.

Boss was off sick today - boy was that printer smoking by the end.

Once again, awesome work. Now I can finally sit down and read it front to back uninterupted (and not off a computer screen).

FYI - As I understand it Cianty has re-uploaded the BTB document following the removal of a small number of grammatical errors.

Don't worry, Ethlorien! I did not re-upload another version of the BTB supplement and I won't anytime soon. While it is true that we found a few typos (with the help of Catferret) and I have indeed corrected them in the files on my harddrive I don't intend to update the full supplement, because of exactly this: I know a fair number of people have printed the supplement and I know it would suck for them to know that they have an outdated version. Because of that I will only update the file if there are any game mechanics that need to be changed or other similar mistakes/errors so that a small FAQ/Errata list would not suffice. The official full version of the BTB supplement will always remain current for a fair time.

In case you are ever unsure if you have the most current version of the BTB supplement, simply have a look at the downloads section of the BTB website. I will always include the date, and, when necessary, the edition, of the supplement. So now it reads "added ..." and once I have updated the file it will read "updated ...". I might also make a list of errata so that people know which things have been officially updated since the first version. For now, however, these are just a couple of typos ("Cathy" instead of "Cathay" - D'OH!) and they surely don't warrant an update of the full version.
