The Haunted Village of Wortbad

Very atmospheric, I love these last set of shots. Well done.

Fabulous work! I really admire this kind of effective kit-bashing approach!

The piece looks very coherent and it will definitely add a lot of character to your warboard.

The only thing I would add to it is the wood highlight (something like bestial brown+bleached bone on the brownish wood you already have there).

Can I ask you how you made the base? Is that mdf? Or foamboard?

The base is foamboard. I'll have a go at adding another highlight to the woodwork.

This project has taken a bit of a back seat while I've been in an Arabian Nights obsession but I have slowly painted this statue. I have also started work on a Chapel of Morr - but you'll have to be patient for pics of that!

This kit never ceases to surprise me. It's so well made that you can come up with all sorts of interesting compositions. This one in particular is excellent! Love the combination of the GW kit with Renedra tombstones and dead leaves. Great paintjob too!

Awesome! I really like the standard ornamenting the chapel facade - very relevant indeed!

The rest of the piece is, as usual, very well composed.

Now, this being a village, are you going to make any actual houses for the villagers?

I made some residents for Wortbad: a Vampire and a Tomb Banshee.

Awesome stuff, I thought Blessed knight was being quiet ATM, great use of Garden of Morr, is it just a project your doin for home use or is there a club near you, since I'm close and building Mordheim stuff myself it may be useful getting together, inbox me

GREAT WORK! The Vampire & Ghost Girl fit your eerie graveyard WONDERFULLY.

Fabulous!! Love all the work on these two models - awesome conversion with the vampire. Excellent paintjob on the screaming lady; very subtle and spectral!

Hehehe - they are for "NPC" campaign characters but as I already have 5 zombies painted and a Necromancer on my desk waiting for paint....
