SPOOKY! affraid

My only critique is that the trees are too warm. They could use a wash of black to bring them closer to the painting.

That is an EXCELLENT piece. Getting a glimpse of the Mausoleum's interior is a cool & somewhat eerie effect. GREAT & SPOOKY WORK! thumbsup

Cheers Alan - I painted the tomb inside before gluing the mausoleum to the base. Very Happy

Thanks and I think I see what you mean about the trees. I'll have a go VK.

I re-visited this one this morning as I found a lid for the open sarcophagus that I had missed off - I added an extra two dry-brushed layers of lighter grey to the lead roof and it looks a lot less samey now.

VERY NICELY DONE! Simple & effective are often, as in this case, synonymous. The G.W. Trees look so much better without the flat foliage they supply. thumbsup

Thanks very much guys! Very Happy

I'm working on a larger piece - a kit-bash of a watchtower and more Garden of Morr parts. In the mean-time I completed another bit of graveyard:

The Markers look TERRIFIC...nice little accent pieces with, I would imagine, a function within The Game. They also look like they would be a treat to make up, GREAT STUFF! thumbsup

That turned out SPLENDIDLY! By Moonlight it's especially lovely...in a haunting sort of way. It has a fortified graveyard feel that is entirely appropriate in combination with the spooky woods. VERY WELL DONE! thumbsup
