Hello you all.

I decided to register on this very nice forum at last, I've been sneaking around for some time reading and looking. Very inspiring!

I'm 26 years old from Sweden (sorry for incorrect spelling/grammar) who loves miniature gaming, modeling and painting. Spend much time with another big hobby which is music, both playing and listening (I play the bass).

Currently running a dwarf gang to mordheim and have some plans for a unofficial norse gang.

I threw in a picture of me as avatar as well, if you see me somewhere dont be afraid to poke me and say hi!

Hello!

I've been constructing scenery for Mordheim for about 4 years (on and off) and painting warbands with my oldest son (9 years old). He's got the skaven, I've got the dwarves. We've also got the possessed, the mercenaries, the witch-hunters and the ducks!

I thank this forum for great inspiration! Whenever I feel out of ideas, I just check the galleries and off I go.

I've got a wife, 3 kids and a turtle. When I'm not out there changing diapers, I'm fighting windmills in the ruins.

Hehe, the ducks are Gloranthan durulz I found on sale from the local gaming shop. They're small, look celtic and pack swords and shields. And they fit Mordheim just fine!

...you don't want to mess with a sword toting Duck. Our own Duce is a Squirrel Guy...as a certifiable nut, that's surprising.

Hey all!

I just recently re-discovered the joy of mordheim after a 10 year break! My Brother (26yo) and a friend (24yo) decided to have a game night every friday (if we have the time) and in the beginning we played all sorts of games (warhammer, zombies, last night on earth, etc), but now we have settled on playing mordheim and has stuck to that for the last month or so!

I currently have a (reiklander) mercenary warband, shadow warriors warband and a beastmen warband. I played once with the mercenary warband, which I sucked at, never played the shadow warriors (yet) and have now been playing the beastmen for the last couple of times... That has went ALOT better (actually have been winning every time since, except once against an undead warband that had 50pts more warband rating then me) so I have stuck with them!

VoN ~ KRiMSoN ( Von if you'd rather have a short name for me ) here and I hought I'd take a moment to say hello and introduce myself as that is the proper thing to do.

Been gaming in the GW world for about 7 years now and truly love mini wargaming Started in '04 when I was introduced to WHFB and began my addiction with Vamps,.... 7 years later and 4 armies later (primarily 40K) I seem to have come full circle and am looking forward to being part of a Mordheim campaign at my LGS and have built up an Undead Gang to test the waters with and get used to the play style of Mordheim as I have never played it before.

Anyway - before this turns into a book,...... there ya go - I've done my part and given a brief hello - Thanks for looking and don't worry,.... I like to take pix of the mini's I paint and will be sharing

Greetings and salutations all, returning Mordheim fanatic here.

I began playing the game probably shortly after it came out, and have collected all the Town Cryers (and even went through trying to make warbands of each with models) but between friends who I'd game with moving on to other things (namely, out of state) and then with my work/school, I haven't actually played in the better part of four or five years. I've recently been getting back into it, such as joining the yahoogroup, printing off Fanatic Online stuff I missed, and the like.

I'm primarily an Undead player, though I do like using Middenheimers and Dwarves too. If there's any Mesa/Phoenix area players around I'd love to converse, as I'm definitely hoping to look into gaming some more again. Until then, I'll be reading up on the errata and such that I've missed out on since then. Glad to be among your number now here on the board.

Introducing myself, a 28 year old IT'er who isn't playing Mordheim ... yet...
I 'm playing a lot of Warhammer FRP and recently started playing Warhammer (scaven army and chaos wariors).
Other hobbies are D&D and other roleplays (no live roleplays yet, bet being tempted by a co-worker) and PC games.

I came to the forum while searching for cool ways to paint my warhammer army and scenery...

Going from R.P.Gs to table-top gaming seems to be a fairly normal route these days. Mordheim, Necromunda, & other skirmish style games fit somewhere in between the two genres. Folks in my age bracket seem to have done the "historical" thingy before the R.P.Ging...at least, that's my story.
