Dragonhunter's Terrain Pieces (WIP)

As someone who normally avoids steeple roofs watching yours develop could be an educational experience. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

I'm with Deaf on the steeples (there's a reason I love adobe buildings...) But I shall watch and learn.

I replaced the top of the chimney.


Inspired by Boreas_NL and his "Own little corner of Mordheim" I also wanted to have some lanterns in my city.
Since I have none from GW (or similar) which I could duplicate, I had to make one by my own.
It's not detailed like a bought/duplicated one, but I think it fits to my house.
On my future houses I will make a beam in this place, so the lantern has a reasonable underground.

The new chimney & lantern look GREAT...I went for candles & torches myself; re, they fit with my ideas of Mordheim chic better than the more practical lanterns. be that as it may, FINE WORK!  

What do you have in mind for the ground floor interiors?

All buildings are thought to be fixed on my planned gaming table.
So I will carve the floor direct into the underground.
Inside I think there will be just some fallen stones and beams and other rubble, maybe some furnishings.
But the houses should still be playable.

Having removable rubble pieces is a big help toward keeping the terrain games worthy...it's also a fun project.

After fifteen weeks I think it's time for a vital sign from me...


The beams and the walls of the chapel have been painted.
Still no dirt on the walls...
Next step is to add the planks for the roof.



The blacksmith's house is nearly finished.
I'm painting a fireplace for the upper floor right now.
I will add a rack with some swords left of the forge and definitely an anvil.
















My friend bought the crypts of darkness from Ziterdes and I liked them so much, that I wanted to have one too.

This is absolutely a reasonable explanation.

Yesterday I found some time to finish the fireplace and the crypt.
Some leaves, withered grass and rubble will be added, when the crypt (ever) comes to its final place on the graveyard...

OUTSTANDING! The fireplace looks WONDERFUL, AND the candles take the Mausoleum to another level. GREAT WORK!
