| Great collection of beasties you have assembled and painted. The chaos hounds don't look half bad as dire wolves. | |

| I found a few more mins over a couple of weekends to glue this guy together and I applied some liquid greenstuff to finish him off over the weekend, even managed to get him undercoated and started to paint him last night (no photos yet though). He's (obviously) to go with the wood elf type warband. | |

| I cannot judge how much conversion is in there because I'm not that familiar with WE-models, but he really looks cool! | |

| not much really, the root ball under the lifted foot, some bent fingers and I have a feeling I might have used a right arm on his left side in order to re-pose him slightly. EDIT: not it's his lower legs I swapped around, it only needed some minor cutting / shaving of the knee joins to fit.
The greenstuff is all liquid greenstuff, just painted on for texture and to fill some gaps. | |

| Well the aim of this plog was to combat gamers ADD by painting and modelling lots of different things, and while that is still true I appear to have remembered that I used to have a Circle of Orboros army for Hordes... because I liked the figures... and the Bloodtrackers I painted up (the woodsey elf types with Javlins) have put me down the path of wanting a Circle army again... Oh well go with the flow, I picked up a starter and some other bits and this is just a WIP to show i'm still alive... | |

| That's probably the very first Warp Wolf(?) that I've seen in any color other than green...I really like the red. He makes a VERY promising start to a Circle of Orboros Gang. ENJOY The Project! I've had a fondness for the Mercenaries &, of late, the Minions myself. Only the massive amount of minis in The Vault & the total lack of opponents has kept moi in check. I think I will enjoy the evolution of your Horde even more for that reason. | |

| Cheers for the comment. if you do a google search for images, Orange is actually a quite common alternative for the green, there are some nice blue armies out there too (usually winter themed). (still not finished) There's a couple more angles on my blog should anyone be interested. | |

| Not at all convinced by the glowing runes, I need another go at that. My brand new pot of P3 Molten Bronze is totally solid so I don't have a highlight colour for the Bronze.... otherwise i'm nearly there now. Also managed to get Ghetorix to this level, still a few stages behind the ferile: | |

| The Wolf Guys are looking SPLENDID...you're brushwork has improved dramatically since first I saw your works. Your choice of colors has quite a positive effect on the minis. GREAT WORK! I see what you mean about the ruins...it took me a moment to find them after your comment. I think there isn't enough contrast between the color of the stones & the ruins. Perhaps darkening the stones & adding a white highlight to the ruins would work. | |

| Minor update again, really slow going when you get next to no weekends, or evenings off anymore lol. Here I have recycled one of my replaced ghouls (the rest either got sold or made into Zombies) with some corpse cart bits and pro-create into a Zombie totem bearer (read my blog if you want an explination).

| That is an UBERCOOL piece. You are a Master of Kit-bashing... GREAT WORK! Most of my working life was spent on the graveyard shift at jobs where 6 & sometime 7 days a week at 10 to 16 hours a day was the norm. SO you have my understanding & sympathy. | |

| Although I have issues with the G.W. approach to Dryads, the minis is a cool whatever...nice paint job. I can identify with the repaint question; i.e., I hate repainting in general...it's hard enough coming with a paint scheme the first time around. Have FUN with her! | |
