| That is coming together BEAUTIFULLY if slowly. The bridges, especially the wooden drawbridge, & the stonework are OUTSTANDING...you've out done yourself. GREAT WORK! It's fine to hear that your Lady is providing you & your artistic pursuits with motivation. | |

| That looks FANTASTIC ...especially the Solid Wheeled Cart & the Conestoga Wagon taking on the Chariot; I wonder what odds they're giving. That aside, the stadium & base are WONDERFUL & coming along SPLENDIDLY. Keep up the GOOD WORK when time & your Lady permit! | |

- Well, long time no updates!... my apologies.
I was a tad busy, with my girl moving in with me and therefore having to rebuild my entire house to suit both our needs. (I have this issue where I deem it unworthy of my creativity to buy furniture, so I built everything myself. This time around it took quite a bit of time though. -1 fold up desk/office, 1 bookcase, and a retouch of my older bookcase, 1 sweet ass Miniatures cabinet taking up the entire wall of our living room, a retouch of my older windowsill/miniatures storage, 2 clothing closets, the balcony, and repainting all the walls in the house later though, I'm allmost done, and will hopefully get back to updating some more -especially now that I've revisited the arena and finally finished the overhangings I wanted to make! - that is, built it, still needs paint.
Suffice to say, we played a short campaign recently, and after getting brutally butchered we started talk of a new campaign, and inspiraton flowed back in, and I decided it was time I finished up on all those projects I have laying about... so Hopefully I'll post some more updates soon. - I know, I tend to promise that a lot...
A small campaign result can be viewed over in warshades' log; https://boringmordheimforum.forumieren.com/t7198-chaos-dwarfs#104363 I can relate to that. I wouldn't mind seeing pictures of your home made miniature cabinets either... anyway good to see your back to making miniature scenery

| Super, this fantastic piece of scenery reminds me of one thing:
BRIAN: Larks' tongues. Otters' noses. Ocelot spleens. REG: Got any nuts? BRIAN: I haven't got any nuts. Sorry. I've got wrens' livers, badgers' spleens-- REG: No, no, no. BRIAN: Otters' noses? | well, long intermission, but after a massively inspiring trip through Scotland I've picked up the brushes again and managed to coat ALL the houses that weren't done (about 8 of them) inside and out, finished the floorings, done the roofs of all the waiting houses, except the church, and patched up some woodwork on some damaged places. still a lot remains to be done, (highlights, weathering, adding details) but it looks so much better already. hopefully I'll get some time in tonight as well, or somewhere down this week. After that it's on with the castle... - which is gonna take at least 5 more years I fear... haha pictures are dreadfull... my phone broke and am temporarily using a rather old one again..

| That's some colossal work you managed there! That collection of buildings looks amazing. Each building is different which gives them all a sense of identity and yet they blend in very well. Obviously, we need more pictures now. Joao | |

| Well, there's always photoshop, but yeah, the phone needs fixing - rather replacing... shortly after I took this photo, I realised there was still another massive building (the warehouse) which I repainted some weeks before as well, so it's even bigger! I now however have to build a load of chimneys, and while I'm at it might as well fix up some more new buildings | |

| Well, it's been a while since I've done any freehands or details at all, but here is the first of my new shops (given, I need to finish the interior and chimneys) I want to give most of the shops regular signs and boards, but one cannot have a fish shop in Mordheim without passing by the opportunity to do something nice with it! so here you go, the Fiendish Fish (inspired by the angry mob model in front of it) hope you like it. | |

| The freehand art is BEAUTIFULLY DONE! It transforms an already splendid building into a FANTASTICALLY IMAGINATIVE piece. It captures the Mordheim vibes perfectly. WONDERFUL WORK! | |

| Thanks guys! glad you approve of the feel JoaoS, it used to be the fortress, but I remade it into a small watchtower, which has been my 3rd addition to my mordheim ever, so if you look at the first page of this thread, you'll find more of it, also the building on the right is featured better there. (this small display is in a cabinet I made for it, but it still needs a backdrop (which I'm currently photoshopping) so when that's done, I'll take some better pictures and show you some more | |

| well, the background still hasn't been printed (I'm waiting for another project to combine the prints) but in the mean time I've been greenstuffing a LOT! I'e figured out that it would have been a lot easier to make my castle project out of foam instead of covering every little bit of the plastics with greenstuff trying to make it one solid looking construction.... but the progress is slowly becoming evident, and I've started adding windows to the top layer (throneroom) but those need to be cast one by one... and takes quite some time. So all week I woke a bit earlier to put some greenstuff in the mold, and repeat that each evening just so I could have myself 10 windows this morning time to cut some holes | |

| something along theses lines quite like that, just to add some more on the other side, and finish the rest of the greenstuff... - oh, and add about 30 little windows on the roof... I'm far from done I fear... | |

| SPLENDID WORK! The Royal Digs are a WONDERFULLY IMAGINATIVE creation. It may be time consuming, but the INCREDIBLE level of detailing you've achieved is well worth the effort...of course, I'm not the one putting in the aforesaid effort. Watching this develop was & is an inspirational experience. VERY WELL DONE! | |
