| Ooh, shiny! Those power weapons indeed turned out very well - the glowing effect is well done, and a nice contrast to the dark armour. Now, make sure you use these warriors well. They're nasty when in cc, but can fall to ranged fire almost as easily as a normal marine... make sure there are other stuff for your opponent to shoot at, and then give him/her a good whacking with Death Company hammer! | |

| Oh yeah! I'm planning on embarking them on this baby, and I'll have a couple of Vindicators and shootie terminators as well as a couple of other troop choices to draw in some of the enemy fire, prety much the only "assault" close combat unit on my army will be the DC... since 6th edition favors shooting.... Well, I cut two pieces of metal (from a tuna can haha!) and placed those on the side access points, and then glued magnets on the hatches and huricane bolter sponsons. This way I save some magnets.. hey they're quite expensive... anyways... | |

| I'm not sure where you're going with this one, which should make watching it develop more interesting. Have FUN with the Beasty! | |

I had a feeling that wasn't going to translate well. I meant; I don't know what it is yet, but watching it become something I recognize will be FUN. This was meant to be encouragement. | |

| Thanks, Pirexian. I haven't kept up with the newer stuff G.W. has come out with for 40K. I'll have to remedy that situation; that's a PRETTY DARNED COOL model. Your modifications should make it even cooler. | |

| Thank you guys, it is indeed very gratifying to see the whole army together, Soon I'll need a display case for storage purposes as well as some special backpack for transport D: Here goes, new toys: An assault terminator squad with hammers and a Librarian with terminator armour, all assembled and bases done. I just realized that painting the Librarian will be very challenging, the details on "fail cast" are crazy good.. | |

| So, after some time of not even touching my Stormraven, I finally made some progress on it. Finished assambeling most of the parts and primed it red, still need to take the gloss off of it, wash it, etc, lots of work to do. I decided I'm not even gonna magnetize the front TL multi melta, I'm just gonna use that weapon most of the time anyways... the turret is magnetized with all the weapon options as well as the side sponsons/door hatches. I'll be working on painting the pilot and the main cockpit interiors, also there's a couple of bits from the turret's cockpit that need to get primed red. | |

| That is a VERY COOL LOOKING model...I'd rather not think about how long it's been since I assembled a plastic model. With the weapons lined up under the wing, it reminds me of photos of modern military aircraft with their array of weaponry lined up around them. That aside, this going to be an impressive piece when completed. Have FUN finishing it off. | |

| So, the top gun-turret glued and magnetized. I painted the cockpit's canopy with Tamiya Clear Paint "Smoke", I don't like the transparent plastic provided with the kit, so Adding a little tint to the "glass" looks more realistic IMO. And with the clear paints you still can see through the plastic so it's all good. You can see a sample of the clear plastic, and the tinted one here. Glued and magnetized. | |

| Rawr! thanks! =) I decided I'll finish the Flyer's base first, so I glued the stand, and then spread some modeling plaster on the base, added some rocks from an aquarium while the plaster was still soft to stick them in place. Also I left some "holes" on the plaster to creat some puddles or small pools, these will be filled with some resin later on (water effects) Just need to glue on some sand, paint, and pur the resin | |

| Scenicing the base make the model for moi...on C.M.o.N. I add +1 for a scenic base. VERY NICE! What do you mean by "pour the resin"? | |

| well, resin is what I use for water effects, it starts as a liquid, and then it hardens, so just "pour" the liquid/resin on the deeper areas and let it dry/harden, to create some small ponds on the base. =) | |
