| WOW, Al, you are a painting MACHINE! How long did that order take you? I like your paintjob. Some of the colours are maybe a tad too flashy for my taste, but that's because I have a hard time taking guys in red armour seriously  Also: BRAVO on the basejob. You turned these amorphous new space-hulk "bases" into real bases worthy of that name. Mordheimer is rightfully proud of his new marines. Thanks for posting!!!! | Thanks for the kind words.  Once I got going the fourteen pieces of the order took about three weeks & averaged out at a bit more that twelve hours a piece. While red is my favorite color, if left to my own devices, I'd have gone with a more subdued color for SciFi minis, but red IS traditional for Blood Angels ... insert Tradition from Fiddler On The Roof here. I use Americana, FolkArt, & CeramCoat acrylic craft paints. | |
