| I'm also a Fan of Warlord's Pike & Shotte minis...the Holy Guy looks JUST FINE close up. VERY WELL DONE! On black bases: whatever floats your boat...if it looks good to you, then that is the correct way of doing the Beasty. | |

| I went to find a picture of my warrior priest and was so disgusted and ashamed of my terrible photography that I couldn't bring myself to do it. He's an old paint job anyways, but the picture would have you believe that there's not a highlight to be found. Anyways, I'm going to use this anger as impetus to paint my new converted warrior priest and post it up instead, haha. | |

| @Grimscull - Fantastic choice of miniature for your priest. The scroll is a work of art in its own right! I ended up spending more time gawking at the detail on the plaque than I did on staring at the holy man himself! | |

| Cool priests! I hope mine will fit in too... Sigmarite priest (Arch Lector) for use in my Stirland Empire army... Here's my Arch Lector... A close-up pic. And here are a few pics of him and his ride... While not technically fit for Mordheim he could be used in a special scenario or something... The War Altar is made with parts from several kits, both old and new... It has parts from the original War Altar kit, the War Wagon and the new plastic Steamtank. The pulpit the arch Lector is standing on is easily removed from the tower to be replaced by the original crew... Partially painted, but you should get the idea... More pictures of this project (and the rest of my army) can be seen in my Stirland thread over on the Painting and Modelling section. | |
