Thanks mommy, thought i´could try that on the miner, am quiet happy with the outcome so far, but want to exceed the licht effects on the character as well as soon as he´s done. Its great fun!

I really love the character put into all these models. Old school for sure! Well done bringing them to life!

By the way, why the choice of hexagonal bases? Is this for a specific type of game?

well, its only ´cause of me loving the oldschool hex bases, and by the way, that way you can perfectly arrange those guys beside each other.
Normaly me and mommy used to have all our mordheim gangs based on the " Warmachine " style bases, wich makes it sometimes impossible to get two minis beside each other, on a bridge or a hallway. We dont like the original gw roundbases in mordheim, dont know why , just turned out that way and stayed. So, having still plenty of room for a decent basejob, AND beeing able to field two minis beside each other PLUS the oldschool feeling makes them perfect for me taste, concerning the dwarfs and villians minis, oh, the undead too.

After having had so much fun doing the light thing, i found another oldie holding a lantern uo high, and two others, doing basejob and light on them tonight, update soon.

The Lads, little & large, painted & unpainted, look WONDERFUL! The finished Fellow with the lantern is an INCREDIBLE piece of brushwork; the light effect is as good as Victoria Lamb's  & that's saying something. As an example of what to expect for the rest of the Crew, I can hardly wait. VERY WELL DONE!   

When I started collecting I put all of my minis on the hex bases. Then I played Warhammer for 20 some years and replaced most if not all of the hex bases. Sigh.

Little update for the stunties too, but no stuntie today.

Yes a freelancer is very fitting for them. He brings some speed and a rare charge possibility for them.

Old though he is, he is a new one to moi. There are a lot of Old Citadel pieces that never mad an appearance on this side of the Atlantic. The Old Boy has potential. Keep up the FINE WORK!  

Those dwarves are stunning. I've also realised we have a similar taste in dwarf miniatures. Fantastic stuff!

Great miniatures. I love those old Citadel miniatures, they are so humorous. But is there a flash on the helmet of the miner.
Oh and I have a question - when will be the norse dwarf painted? I really would love to see him painted.

Wolfs for the norse warband, a little preslotta child with sling, and some chests to plunder, oh, and my altime fav preslotta mini of old times, THE one and only warhog, made by standard games in the 80´s, there´s also a killer pingu, but he cant live up to this standard here.

Oh, and i sculpted a tavern wooden sign, and a Jhon blanche thingy, the sun round of the whitedwarf cover from number 42 of ´83 , missing the sunbeams around, coming soon.

Your Knight looks great, especially the shield, and I totally love the homicidal hedgehog. For a dismounted version you might want get the ex Citadel in MED305. Unfortunately you can't buy the mounted version at this time.

OH BABY! You have some UBERCOOL thingies in the works. Although the Shield & the Warhog are my favorites, I'll be looking forward to the progress you make on them all. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
