This is the first warband I have assembled myself. I had great fun gathering stuff related to the wolf theme - and probably overdid it a bit (pun intended)
The Sons of Ulric are in Fleckendorff (a small and insignificant village outside Mordeim) to recover relics from a secret shrine dedicated to Ulric. And to gather wyrdstone to fund their cause, of course!
Fleckendorff is a place mainly populated by Stronzo's Brettonian army - or stand-ins, if you like. It's our playground to test out warbands and house rules before our upcoming Mordheim campaign - and far too many warbands have been represented by archers and spearmen and what-not. But the Sons are here to stay - after nine games they are currently the second most succesful warband in the campaign (after two times underdog bonus against Beastmen) and they have earned their own miniatures
Please note, that they are not entirely WYSIWYG. The captain started out with morning star, but ended up with a crossbow. And the henchman hero started out in the crossbow unit, used axe and hammer for a while, and now uses a morning star.
