| A very impressive sculpt AND a very nice paint job to boot! Nicely done!
Have you had any troubles moving the model about with such a large base? I'd be inclined to scale that down a bit...

| Thank you. Unfortunately, I can't cut the base down; almost all reaper models have a small, narrow base included in the sculpt, and this one's no different. The stance is so wide that this was the smallest base I could use without doing some serious resculpting. As it is, it works fairly well; he just has to stick to more open areas. For fluff I'd say he's probably clastrophobic... | |

| VERY COOL! That is one SERIOUSLY ticked off looking Ogre...even that GREAT shield looks miffed. I LOVE the way you did the metallics. VERY WELL DONE! | |

| I don't have any problem with allowing ogres to carry shields. They are a decent HS choice, but not one of the best.
Nice model, and you did a good job on him.

| Again thanks for all the comments. I wanted this model to look dirty and worn, like a mercenary that's been at it for a while. Used lots of brown and tan washes, especially on the metals; I even painted some of the plates different colors to give the armour cobbled-together look. Finished it off by brushing dust and dirt over him for weathering. I hope to have pics of some of my other, newer stuff up soon (just as soon as get my stupid camera to focus on stuff this small...) | |
