Who cares about your school matt?

I have to work as well, and as I'm assuming you would hitch a ride with me (oh, the sheer horror of spending 5 hours in a car with you... ) we would both have to leave in the afternoon in order to make it home in time... what was that other weak excuse? Games Day? never heard of it... sounds geeky!

the first two weeks I'll be in Switzerland with my family. I'll try to arrange something, though.

A and B I'll most cerainly be in Switzerland, so that's no option for me. neither is C, as I will be in Germany then, too, but not in Bremen.
so, how about dates which aren't weekends?
I don't know about you guys, but then I could come 11-14 (I think I'll stay in germany then ) 17-23. aka, I could be in germany from 11-23 (with a small break, that is). how about you guys?

I think A will be hard for all of us. I haven't even bought models for my warband yet.
B would still be hard, but I think it's the only weekend I'm able since; C, I'll be in london. D, I'll leave the very next day to Switzerland.

In September, all weekends are able if I get permission from my parents to go in the middle of a school week.

Well, I won't be able to prepare anything anyways. I have to finish the house I posted yesterday and I really need to paint some Chaos Dwarfs.

I really don't want to miss Lanyssa or Matt or anyone. Maybe we call it off? Maybe I can come to Amsterdam instead? LOL

12th-13th is B
19th-20th is C
26th-27th is D

I only can on C or D, and it let some time for Cianty to prepare all the stuff, and for us to paint our warbands

Honestly, I won't be able to prepare much. I will try to build a gate for the Cathayan walls so we could play a huge multiplayer battle about besieging the Cathayan fortress city, with the attackers using ladders etc to climb the walls. That would be cool.

seriously, don't blow it off just because I can't come. I'd love to come, don't get me wrong, but I don't want to ruin it for you guys.

I don't think we should pick July, it's to soon.
August isn't really a possibility either, since LR and I can't come on the same dates.
September is a good alternative I think, since probably no one is on vacation, we have the time to finish our bands/scenery etc.

I do insist on a BTB small 'campaign' though. and the siege scenario sounds like a great end battle

I think we could do it in Amsterdam too, though I thought we wouldn't do a meeting in the same city?(atleast not two in a row). again, don't get me wrong, I absolutly have no problems with it, but I'd love to do a BTB campaign with BTB terrain, and I don't think the dutch people who'll come to the meeting have a lot/any BTB terrain.

I can come whole September, except for B (brother's birthday).

I'd prefer if we could stick to August Because I don't have any clue what will go on in September, I'll have to get a flat somewhere, etc.

if it's going to be August, you'll kinda have to choose between Lanyssa and me..

guys, Eliazar and I discussed this, and we both agreed, we NEED to PICK a date.
there's no date on which we'll all be able to come.
thereby, I don't think I'm the only one with this problem. I really need my money for my vacations, so I'm only planning to make the warband this holiday if I have a good reason (IE, the meeting). I need some time to convert and paint the warband though. the sooner I know, the sooner I can or can't buy my warband, etc.

so, since you, Cianty, organise the meeting, I think YOU need to just pick a date (which is the best for you, ofcourse), and we'll see how that is for everyone. if a lot of people can't, we can change it, but this system has worked for the last two meetings, so why not now?

I don't want to pick an arbritary meeting because in my current situation I simply don't care for any dates. It simply doesn't matter to me. They are all equally fine. What I do care about is you guys I don't want to dismiss anyone.

So it seems August was the best month, right?

I think B and C are the best options... matt, make it happen that you can come at B, and we're good to go!!

sorry Zeke, but that's no option. it's D,E, no weekend or another month for me.
