Experience Question

Hello,

I'm not sure on warband rating and experience for henchmen. For the purposes of the warband rating, do I add a henchman group's experience for each member of the group?

I.E. I have 3 swordsmen with 2 experience points in a henchman group. Is their experience adding 2 to my warband rating or 6?

Calculating Your Warband Rating
1. [No. of warband members * 5]
2. [total warband experience]
3. [+20 for each Monster]
4. [rating(s) of Hired Swords]

5. [total sum] = [your warband rating]

If your warband rating differs from the enemy’s by more than 50 points, you are eligible for underdog experience. Underdog experience is gained before the battle.

furthermore, I think chad's interpretation would be better than the one supported by the official rules. a group of two 14 xp henchmen are hardly worth their + 38 to warband rating

What!? Man, that's given me a lot to think about!

It's 6, yes, but not very explicit on the rulebook (as always ).
And the Underdog's bonus xp is after the battle, but that's not the point there... ²
