In the #20 edition of Miniatures Blog Carnival I paint model Leisynn, Mercenaries Mage from Reaper Miniatures, I reviewed miniatures on my blog some time ago.

OUTSTANDING! They are all BEAUTIFUL pieces. I LOVE what you did with the Reaper Wizard & Associates. VERY WELL DONE once more!  

In May, I was able to start much earlier work on models that will paint within the #21 edition of the Miniatures Blog Carnival.

If someone of you, dear readers, do not know it hosted the #21 edition of MBC is the Yellow Fortress undead. The theme of the May edition is oldscholl hesitate and which model you choose. At the end of the two figures to Mordheim - Freelancer or Warlock - I chose the cavalry.



As you have seen in the set missing some original parts - blades and sword for the cavalry - these parts are replaced the elements of the the other sets of GW.

I love that miniature, & done him up several times. Have FUN with the painting et al!

In the #21 edition of Miniatures Blog Carnival I paint model Freelancer from Games Workshop.

OUTSTANDING! That is one of your FINEST creations. The brushwork is BEAUTIFUL...I love the freehand work on the shield & scrolls. VERY WELL DONE!  

Nice addition to your collection. I like all the extra bitz you put on him. The paintjob is very characterful and a little unusual also!

The Freelancer is one of my favorites from the Mordheim range.

Although moving to a new apartment took place in January, it is just now prepared a workshop enough to re-start work on a models.

Moving was not without losses. Victims were among other Fountain of the Dead Water and Monument of Magnus the Pious. Fortunately, the damage was minor and quickly managed to fix them.

You may remember that in the past 2015 years I painted models Roadwardens from Averland, whose pictures you can see, among other things on fanpage Warheim FS.

In preparation for building a diorama imagining that Averlandrs will fight with the Greenskins. Orc models I made mostly of bits from SpellCrow what I wrote HERE, and last week I started painting miniatures.

If you like the way I painted the skin of the Orcs let me know, I'll write a tutorial.

Below you can see the image of the Orcs, which I painted the skin, teeth and tiny red eyes.

The Spell Crow Orcs look TERRIFIC. I have a few of their other minis...COOL & IMAGINATIVE stuff. Have FUN with the diorama.  

The brush work on the skin is very well done, but I'm not sure I would copy the combination of 'flesh' and greenskin. I'm old enough to have orcs and goblins in my collections that are not greenskins, but the combination messes with my head too much.

Love the posing and basing work on the models as usual.

Glad your move was not too traumatic. I drag my warbands and scenery back and forth from the local store every week, so I have felt your pain.

Preparations for the June tournament Warheim FS are in full swing and not much time left to paint. After all, I managed to find time to paint rust on weapons Greenskins who stand for diorama Roadwardens from Averland, whose pictures you can see, among other things on fanpage Warheim FS.

The Orc Lads are coming along SPLENDIDLY...LOVE the rust! Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK!  
Although I do miss gaming, I don't miss the frenzied painting sessions necessary to field troops for a specific battle date. Painting for the joy of it all is much more pleasant.  

Promising Orks. I like both the skintone and the copperish weaponry. Fits nicely.

The Orc painted out SPLENDIDLY! They will look WONDERFUL in your diorama. VERY WELL DONE!  

Excellent work. I've been doing some striped pants for my orc pirates, but oh my, you are good! Looks like fabric to me. Wow.

Witch hunters is one of my favorite companies to Warheim FS. Although Sigmarines can not hire ogre, have limited access to magical items, a few of them and for all pay more, they also have several big advantages.

The first is the two priests, who with luck during the campaign may have access to the prayer allowing the reroll armor save and ward save.

The second is access to the dueling pistols and armor.

And third is cheap dogs...

But today I do not want to write about it. You may remember that the witch hunters are one of my first company, and certainly the most commonly transported. Over the years, models damaged, and the paint at several sites wiped out. Therefore, I decided to freshen up a miniatures and repair the damage.

And here again, the witch hunters can enjoy a well-deserved glory!

That is an AMAZING resurrection of the Old Lady Burners...RIGHTEOUSLY WELL DONE!  
The additional photo do show off just how WONDERFUL the restored War Band looks.

Nice carrying-case. But I LOVE the last group-shot. Is this protoshopped or how is it done?
