As an aside, would you mind labelling which model it is? I like the range so much I might have to buy some in the future, and it would be nice to know which faction/ models to look at first

Lovely stuff! I have a few Tercio Creativo models. They scale up really nicely with other 28mm miniatures. Their heads are more proportionate and less cartoon-like than some GW ones, which ironically might feel a bit odd to the average collector.

However, they have wonderful dynamic poses and the sculpts are top quality (in resin).

Worth a look, for sure!

Nice work on the lumber pile. Always a good addition to any table, but especially for sea ports.  

That lumber pile is a nice touch. Really cool! Many times it's the little pieces like that that make an awesome board.

If I ever get around to terrain making again I'm going to have to remember that one!

Im with Etrigan detailed small pieces like this really brings a board to the next level. And it looks superb. Will have to steal that idea I think

So we will need a woodstock ready to be cutted!

I'm sure it will look wonderful when complete, but the clay seems like a lot of extra work & additional weight for no particular purpose. 

Well done, great project! That hill looks big enough to have a realistic feel to it.

By the way, I read in your blog that you couldn't fnd the author of that wonderful Middenheim warband. Well, his name is Quidam Corvus and he is a regular in this forum! Check it out (WIP and finished photos):

DeafNala. At first we used clay but we finally we decided change it for papel and glue. It's easily and faster.

We are keeping work in our tabletop.

We have a big hill and we need some scenary to put in there. We are glad to show you up a vegetable pach that we did.

Wow, checking the blog is definitely worth it. The hill is coming along nicely.    

That piece is big enough to allow you all sorts of variations in shapes and heights and to give it a very natural feel.

Looking forward to seeing more of it!
