New Scenery , finaly !

Hej Tommies!

Looooooooong, very loooooong time no read, having beeing away from the beloved hobby i am happy to hail again from Danmany with new scenery projects, and soon in the painting and modelling area with a new warband, freshly made, Beastmen.

Having been taken up by family and job i finaly decided to make myself room and time for mordheim, and having talked to serialmom and convinced him of having fun with a lovely new mordheim campaign we are back again on the rusty, moldy and dirty tracks back to the city of the damned!

Good to be here again, manana first pictures of the WIP houses and almost finished level-tiles , this time almost only in polysterene;)

Hej Guys, as promised, WIP or almost done pics of the scenery i am working on;)

@tagnator : Thanks mate, its good to be in the saddle again and be part of that beloved forum again;)

@Ellegaard : Davs! Loooooong time ago i lived in copenhagen, been there for 5 years , but took a big piece of danmark with me back to germany, still coming to danmark hist og pist, meeeeeen ik´for det naeste halve aar, lorte virus!

alright, no more brabbleing, here are the pictures:



First Platform, on it a Statue / Fimir, just for the picture i put it on top of the platform, but it is a piece for itself.





And here another one WIP, bought a couple of nice terrain pieces the last weeks, but i thought it could be even better with more levels, more timberframework and stuff, so i chopped the beautie up, and started adding some foam here and there, more to come;)









Its styrofoam / Polysterene the whole stuff, worked it with a knife and aluminum-ball, this time i used an airbrush, and drybrushed afterwards with a few grasstufts here and there. Plan is to set up some hangouts on the statue-plinth and the wooden parts of the platforms to give them a bit more life;)

You are picking up right where you left off...on the strange side of town. OUTSTANDING STUFF!

Right now i am full of great ideas for terrain-building, must hurry to get them all done soon, you know how it is when 24 hours a day is not enough to get all those ideas sculpted and produced that wander around in ones head;)

There never is enough time. Now I have more time in the day & less years in my life. C'est la vie, eh?!

Wow, that looks amazing. Is the platform out of Strofoam/ XPS? It looks teriffic, u got quite painting skill. Looking forward to see more.

On saturday those platforms will lose their virginity, serialmom and i are playing Reikländer against Chaos, will post a battlereport, also very curious how serialmoms terrain/ houses will fit to those platforms.

Already have another crazy Idea about a nice waterfountain like thing, some of you might know the fountain from Into the labyrinth, Goblincity, just when the fellowship reaches the gates of the castlewalls, everything seems peacefull and quiet?! Thats when you get to see the Fountain, and this spirit i´ll try to catch, well, lets get going!
