| Nice Von Kurst! I hadn't been to the website for a while. I was now checking the tutorial on the Tudor's row houses. Man, what a lovely project! Zab, do you mind if I steal some of your ideas? Joao | |

| The Old Stable is a FANTASTIC piece; the level of modeling & brushwork is EXCEPTIONAL. It reminds me of one of the haunts of my boyhood. VERY WELL DONE! | |

| Lovely use of colours, textures and style! Super realistic, love it!
Are you actually making these to then use them as terrain for gaming? Do you have something like a big board where you place all of these creations?

Joao Some yes, and others no. The stable is built for gaming purposes, I hope it will be pretty playable. I've also played quite a few times on the river board, and the objective markers were built specifically for games as well. I have a series of 2x2 boards that can be laid out in various combinations. I can then lay different terrain pieces to make a nice battlefield. A lot of the pieces I play with on those boards are some of my older earlier pieces that I haven't posted. The Badger's Den is not really playable, so that one is out. Also, I haven't played much in the last 2 years, so some of my more recent stuff hasn't had a chance to hit the table yet. I will admit that my chief concern in many of the projects I build now don't always take playability into account as much as they should.

There is more coming soon, I promise! My winter break turned out to be much more busy than I thought, so I didn't make nearly the progress I wanted. The roofs are coming very soon (maybe today even if I can get away from the kids for a bit).
