| Ages've passed since my last visit to the Boring Mordheim Forum, shame on me . On the other hand, this time hasn't been wasted in terms of my hobby activity. There're plenty of new miniatures and terrains I'd like to show you in the following weeks (of course, to avoid glut I won't share with you all pics at once ). Let's start with some relatively newer scenery that has been quite recently built for our local gaming club, called "Dębowa Tarcza" (which means: "Oakenshield", though in fact we aren't neither LOTR, nor "The Hobbit" players at the moment ). The first scenery piece I'd like to reveal is the infamous "Last Orders" inn, where both ale and blood are being shed at a constant pace . The building that you can see below is the result of cooperation of three club members: our friend Vercy, who started the construction and built the raw walls, me, who made all the details, and Skavenblight, who painted the whole thing up. Moreover, the building is in fact the first of three (or even four!) floors we're planning to build for our gaming club, so please stay tuned for even more ! Enough talk, let me show the pics: | |

| Hejho Kapitan_hak, welcome back, it has been really a long time since you and skavenblight ventured into the halls of toms. Great to see that you´ve been busy all the time anyway, and what came out of it is really worth the waiting. As always with you scenery i love to see all the small details that make sthis pice of scenery come to life! Awesome! _________________ Lord Flasheart: And always remember - if you want something, take it! Bobby! Bob Parkhurst: [enters] My lord? Lord Flasheart: I want something. Bob Parkhurst: Take it! | Boy, there's a lot of serious work into this scenery piece. Well done! I love the use of the GW bits in it and the name "Last Orders" for the inn. Dark humour all the way! Joao | |

| Thanks for your comments - it's good to see you again and watch the whole TBMF community thriving as always ! Coming back to our BTB terrains... meanwhile, after finishing the first section of the "Last Orders" inn, I've started to work on a winter themed table, mainly for battles in Mountains of Mourns/Northern Wastes/Northern Cathay Borderlands in Border Town Burning campaign running currently in our gaming club. The first piece of work is some kind of a snow-covered rock that I've made of styrofoam (and snow ) using my homemade hot wire cutter: | |

| Saw them on your blog - amazing stuff. That inn is just crazy. It really makes we want to do one myself. If I ever will, this will be my inspiration. | |

| That is a FINE LOOKING piece of terrain... BEAUTIFULLY painted & detailed! I'm sure it would work well with Mordheim, BTB, or EIF; it would grace any gaming board it was placed on. GREAT WORK! | |

Exactly! I take inspiration from TC#1 and first Mordheim battle report which was published in White Dwarf many years ago Also I would invite you to look for our Oakenshield Fb fanpage. In this BTB_campaign_album you can see how terrain from this topic (& some Mordheim stuff of course )looks during the game. Enjoy | |

| THANKS MUCHO for the link! Everything looks TERRIFIC..I for one will be taking more than one trip to take in all the photos. Cool as all the terrain, minis, & games are; it was the photos of the Folks playing the game that appealed to moi...especially our own Skavenblight. GREAT STUFF! | |

| Great snow terrain. Reminds me of the tons of artificial snow that rest in bags somewhere here in my office. If i should get visited by police i dont think they would take it for tabletop snow! I thought of giving my upcoming mordheim board a snowy coating, but now that i see the last one of your pieces i am afraid that it would lighten the town up far too much. Well, think i will try anyway, thanks for those nice terrian pics! _________________ Lord Flasheart: And always remember - if you want something, take it! Bobby! Bob Parkhurst: [enters] My lord? | Cool stuff! It's really impressive how much terrain you made. I also admire all the underground tiles for the Horrors of the Underground scenario. I never finished more than ten or so tiles. Great to see fully modelled tunnels. Looks like you have a lot of fun with the setting. | |

| You've created some EXCELLENT Winter scenery pieces. Much as I detest real snow, your model snow looks WONDERFUL. The last group of rough terrain style pieces reminds me of the shoreline rocks back home on Long Island. VERY WELL DONE! | |
