| I don't have pics. There are some heads, torsi and legs among the Free Company and State Troops that might work for male townsfolk. Problems are the arms, since you need them to hold something appropriate in their hands. There are some forks in the Zombie-Sprue and torches in the Flagellant-Sprues, making for an angry-mob type of feel. There might be bottles somewhere, but other that that... And there are no women and children, of course. You'd need to look for them at Reaper or Old Glory : http://www.oldgloryminiatures.com/products.asp?cat=187 | |

| I forgot who it was but check through the finished scenery sub-forum, he/she has some really nice townsfolk among his splendid scenery! Grimscull has some good ideas! Shouldnt be too hard to use some GS and pinning to make some pitchforks, bottles and what ever you'd like to fit them with really.

Do you mean Joao's ? They're not converted plastic models, though. Apart from that, I think going with the Free Company, Zombie, and Flagellant boxes would be the best option. | |

| Nope not those, but they were really nice as well I think it might have been cianty's? Or who is it that does Gierburg(or something close to that name)? | |

| You can do a lot with Bretonnian men-at-arms for example. They come with loads of cool bits, including a dog. Agree with the mention of the Empire militia guys and the flagellants. I'm not a hot shot when it comes to conversions, but every now and then find some inspiration. I did this guy below with the body and head of an Empire canon crew. I then used an Empire drummer's arm, removed the stick and glued a scroll (maybe from the Flagellants' sprues, but can't remember now). Finally I placed loads of extra scrolls around the guy. Et voilà: an agitator! Or news seller. Or town cryer. I'll be very curious to see how your townsfolk gets forged just by using GW bits. Women and children are very hard to make, but not impossible (remember the small bodies of gnoblars for kids, for example). Joao | |

| That is an EXCELLENT conversion, JoaoS... VERY IMAGINATIVE! All the scrolls give him a truly Blanchesque Mordheim feel. GREAT WORK! | |

| Two street performers, more specifically puppeteers (the two remaining cannon crew): One on the left: arms and head from Empire State troops and knights respectively. Dead goblin puppet from Night Goblins shaman (Skull Pass set, I think). One on the right: I used a Skaven puppet from the Plague monks sprue, griffin from some Warhammer scenery sprue (maybe the watchtower) and head from Empire State troops. I'll add some more bits to their belts in order to give them more character. And, obviously, the bases. Joao | |

| Thanks DeafNala and Grimscull!
I had already seen somewhere online a few conversions using the Skaven rat and the night goblin as puppets (which gave the inspiration for these fellows), but can't remember where...

| Haha! I knew I had seen that night goblin puppet somewhere before making my conversion! It was you, Sasha! Good one. You're conversions are excellent - I had the chance to see your models live, so I know how good your work is. Joao | |

| @JoaoS - I like "paperboy" - good pose and excellent bits selection, he's quite convincing. Also your puppeteers definitely need a little puppet theatre. @Eliazar - Fire eater and bard are really cool - very original ideas. What bits did you used for torso and guitar/mandolin/lute? | |

| catachanfrog: The lute is an old bit from Tristan le Troubadour, who is currently, unfortunately, unavailable. What torso do you mean? The musician's is of some empire artillery, I believe, and the firebreather's is an old ungor. | |
