Floedebolle´s Undead Warband GD Winner painted!

Hej senores, also an update on this topic, martin managed to paint up a next level dreg and ghoul, the hero choice ghoul and a modified dreg, due to the fact that one of them got new equiped, enjoy, floedebolle

Martin is THE MAN! Those are just INCREDIBLE...love the Dreg's nose. IMPRESSIVELY WELL DONE!

OH BABY! With all your combined miniature WONDERS & LOVELY terrain, the Battle Reports are occasions to be looked forward to.

due to von kurst´s request on proper warband pics of my newest warband, the skaven, i now will show you those filthy rats.They´re not painted by martin, but by simon bradley, some of you´ve seen ciantys gierburg citizens, well, the same guy.
He did a awesome job, and i didnt wanted to sart a new thread, so here they are together with the dead  guys:











And a sacrificial goat, pre slotta citadel, well, taking her as scenario goal, like in a rescue mission, or as a scapegoat, due to the fact that skaven always have use for one!

He did a great great job. These old Skaven-models reaaaaally look phantastic with this sinister colour-scheme GW didn't use yet back in the day. Must have taken you a while to get all the models as well.

Simon's more subdued colors fit the Rat Guys VERY WELL indeed. The brushwork & basing are WONDROUS to behold. AND I spied a Grenadier Rat Scum Fellow giving guidance to his four footed friends. BEAUTIFUL WORK!   

Thanks guys, and yap, theres one grenadier wererat, couldnt resist taking him to join the gw ones, he has a lot of character.And it took me about 1 month to get those minis, even for a regular price at ebay.

That's not too long. So the one with the rats in not a citadel mini? Couldn't tell, really works well with the others.

Wow! That is a great warband.      I only have a few of those, but the sorcerer has always been a favorite of mine.

Brilliant stuff! The minis are very nice and characterful, but it's the colourscheme that really does it for me. Love the subdued yet well contrasted colours!

I saw them in our last battle and they were great looking

Tonight i will field the undead hordes against mommy´s, though i dont know what he´ll bring against them yet, will see.
Of course there will be a report afterwards.Oh, almost forgot to mention; we´ll use my encountercards for the first time tonight, lets see how they work!
I also found time to paint for myself again, a dwarf and his loyal dog, will soon post him and doggy in the sons of karak dolgt, so stay tuned!

So you're the proud owner of the Skaven, then?! Wow! I was following Simon's WIP on his blog and felt compelled to buy some Citadel Skaven myself after seeing this.
The models are awesome and Simon's paintwork brought the best out of them.
It was funny to read his blog as he was wondering about the connection between the Skaven and the goat.
