Estalian Warband from Absurdistan

Hej fellow mordheimer´s, it´s a long time ago that i had time to spend it on my loveley hobby, but yesterday night i had the little time to start my Southerner warband, but not the official Tileans. I take the marienburger´s and play them as Estalians from Zaragoz.Havent found a name to them yet.

I will start this thread with one of my favorite minis, the headless ghost guy from the 80´s.
Its the perfect estalian, plus, there is exactly the same modell with head, i think its called nobleman. I play those two as brother´s, but i got the ghostguy a new head, the head from the heroquest barbarian, and yesterday i finally gave him a moustacheio dego and a wig. The story for him is that he killed the third brother while arguing about who´s moustache look´s best, well, he won the argument.

Soon will follow more of those warbandmembers, they all exist are based and primed, just have to take pics, so please, be pationed with me!

Update time folks!
Just found the rest of the warband, and i also went on with the paintjob, well, just 1st layer of skin + wash, but it is paint never the less!
Here they come, and no names yet, sorry:

VERY COOL MINIS! There seems to be a fierce mustache competition going on in the upper ranks. The basing & choice of minis plus conversions are EXCELLENT. The Band will look FANTASTIC when all painted up. AND the background scenery is BEAUTIFUL. Keep up the FINE WORK...or else.

What DeafNala said... Are they all old GW models? I'll get the right one in the second pic myself next week, but I've never seen the ones with the big noses. What manufacturer is the dog from?

@Grimscull: Those are all citadel minis, except for the dog, he is from the Eden range and is called leo, you can order him from battlefieldberlin.com, and the modells with the big noses must be the ones from trish or ally morrison, cant remember wich one.And about the mini you´ll recieve soon, wow, i love the noble quest mini, he´s THE aristocrat mini , no better one in any range!

The Lads are coming along quite nicely; I do the skin & eyes first also...yet another instance of the Great Minds thingy. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

I could be, & often am, wrong but I believe the Fellows with the magnificent noses were part of the Talisman range of metal pieces.

Last two days a painting frenzy got the better of me, and here are the results, hope i could live up to my audience, enjoy, and feel free to comment. By the way, desided tolet the come from tilea anyway, found nice italian names.

I LOVE THEM! They're rather like the cast of Twelfth Night if it was staged by Tim Burton. Each piece has a TREMENDOUS amount of character & personality. WONDERFULLY IMAGINATIVE WORK!

Ahhhhapocalypse is near, the hell just froze. because Floedebolle is really finishing his paintjobs.

The new photos are a nice improvement! Those are some good looking minis.

That is quite a dramatic improvement; the new photos show the pieces off to advantage. The ferocious puppy is cool. Again VERY WELL DONE!

Thanks guys for your comments, i thought about to go on with the tileans, but on friday i am going to face serial mom and two other guys, and iam to play my orcs, 3 games, so iwill begin them tonight, skin and eyes.
