The latest addition to the back alleys of The Blight is a Female Duelist aka Femme Fatale. The miniature is Reaper's #03311 Rhaine, Female Duelist...another more appropriate name is forthcoming:

I can recognize a lot of White Dwarf miniatures. Looking great! I particularly like the ponnie cavalry.

Thanks, Paboook...glad you like them! White Knight minis all seem to possess a tremendous amount of character; the Ponies have at least as much personality as their riders.  

I really like that mini, especially her sword. Your brushwork and color bring her to life.

I cataloged my pirates the other night. I have 5 or 6 painted and 30 or 40 in various stages of not painted...

I'm sure I have this duelist figure, but so far she has not surfaced.

Thanks, Jim...glad you like her. Once I got over the intimidation that filigree always causes, she was  a pleasant mini to paint.  

I'm doing a major reorganization of the Vault. I moved all Cap'n John's stuff out by the desk he's planning on painting at, & got my primed/painted,egg carton stored minis in the closet on racks. Next I'll sort out the still packaged stuff into labelled draw storage units. Part of the straightening is to eliminate buying stuff I already have...it's "Oh-that's-so-cool" pieces that I buy only to find that they were "Oh-that's-so-cool" the last time I bought minis.

I had this Pointy Eared Dandy sitting in his blister for a LONG time. The blister finally parted ways with the card backing & the separate arm disappeared into that part of the Ethereal Plane normally reserved for missing socks...not pairs of socks mind, but only singles. WELL I couldn't have that; SO I ordered just the missing arm &, once it arrived, I assembled, based, & primed the Adventuring, Now-With-All-The-Pieces-Present Elf. He then sat for another prolonged session in Limbo until the recent spurt of energy motivated me to finish him.

Marvellous painting, and yeah, the mushrooms are a little overwhelming compared to the size of the base and the elf.

Thanks, Unwanted...glad you like him! In typical Elvin fashion, he's hiding behind the Mushrooms & firing away with some tricksy magic...that's a Goblin's view of the scene. The Elf say that the very flora & fungi have risen up to protect him from the scurvy Goblins.

Thanks, Jim...I think. Actually despite playing two Elves in D&D/AD&D, I'm not a fan of either the way they're presented in RPGs or War Hammer. I like the Folk Lore, Fey Creature approach.
