| My Sisters of Sigmar Matriarch hits your Youngblood with a Steel Whip and a Hammer. The whip rolls a 5 to hit, while the hammer rolls a 3. Can this sword-wielding Youngblood parry the highest "parryable" weapon (the hammer) or does he get no parry at all since the highest roll to hit (the whip) cannot be parried? | |

| I would assume that he can still parry the hammer. The whip can't be parried but I can't see where it would negate all parries. | |

The rule for Parry states that, "A buckler or sword may only parry one blow per hand-to-hand combat phase...If your opponent scored several hits, you will have to try to beat the highest score." Since the highest to hit score in this example cannot be parried.... | |

| If you ask me you have to beat the highest score but you'll parry the non-whip attack. | |
