Nice Idea with the mushrooms and hoods. And good use of all type of GW-Kits. Just remember to clean the models off the molds, before you start painting them!

VERY COOL! As a Goblin Guy myself I LOVE the look of the Lads...just can the Black Creep & you've got something.

11.30 pm and just before I went to bed I decided to quickly undercoat some of the goblins. 2 hours later Gorm was finished.:S It happens.

Before all the gushing praise begins I hope you didn't take the "can the Black Creep" comment the wrong way. I view the Goblins & Orcs as two separate entities...it's YET ANOTHER sign of imminent senility.

NOW THEN...that is one UBERCOOL mini. The completed piece is EVEN BETTER than the W.I.P. photo promised it would be. Your EXCELLENT choice of colors & WONDERFUL paint job/basing really turned the Little Guy into something special. VERY WELL DONE!

haha. i did ponder what you meant by that. i always intended to colour the robes. the thing i love about mordheim, is that it sort of a closer look at the warhammer characters, so where as we may assume night goblins only wear black, i like the idea that if you took a closer look there would be more variation. he is also brown skinned just to be more abstract.

the black orc is a bonus boss pole. potentially very useful i thought! plus i gave him an eye candy squig.

Glad the Orc thingy has been cleared up.
I've also returned recently to doing my Goblins up in a reddish brown/burnt orange with the Night Goblins in an albino like sand shade.

albino goblins will look awesomely gross! makes sense though that they will look somewhat un-weathered and un-green. sort of like a load of gollums.

Similar affair last night. Was just doing the red on the warband, got carried away with LOON, one of the goblin bashers.

Of all the the various thingies that Citadel has come up with Goblins in general & Night Goblins in particular are in my not-so-humble, decidedly biased opinion the ULTIMATE IN COOL. This Little Rogue is a FINE example of just why I've come to that opinion...other than imminent senility, that is. A GREAT piece of modeling/painting/basing; the Lad has a TREMENDOUS amount of character, the epitome of the Goblin virtue of stealth/sneakiness. VERY WELL DONE!

Makes me want to put together a Night Goblin Warband.

I have an Orc and Goblin Warband and I used Night Goblins because the squig herders are Night Goblins.

My converted squigs. Legs are from bloodletters, heads were sculpted separately with sculpey and the rest was done with pro-crate (grey putty). All mounted on Resin Bases.

LOVE THOSE SQUIGS...they look like Psycho Chickens from HELL! They are even cooler than G.W.'s take on the Beasties. VERY IMAGINATIVE WORK!

Awesome warband!

They kinda remind me of Spirited Away, especially the squigs and the feller in the white mask. These Night Goblins look like they should: sort of funny but lethal! Just the kind that tie you up and poke your behind with a hot rusty fork.
