| Beware! The next Boring Mordheim Meeting has just begun! The tables are set, the (4) people are here, and it turns out that I'm the only one who brought a new warband. Pfreck will field his Chaos Dwarfs, Matt some Ostlanders, Mathieu the highly successfull Merchant Caravan and I my all mounted Hung Marauder warband (I still need to read up on the mounted rules, though). Expect some more pics and first reports soon! | |

| Looking back at those long ago long weekends of gaming, the actual gaming part is blur of color & action [actually it was a blur when it was happening ], but they were times spent with special Folks that provided a bright, happy isle in a sea of grim reality. ENJOY!...I'm with you in spirit...which accounts for those occasional spooky feelings. | |

| I just played a game against Ezekiel. We played the Chance Encounter scenario. Note the copious amounts of Chips (in pans!) and beers.. Eventually, Ezekiel won because I had to rout after he put my Black Orc Overseer and Bull Centaur out of action - leaving my Bull Centaur with TWO leg injuries, crippling him by -2 movement.. FML The Black Orc Overseer got knocked off a bridge by Renz, his freaking Apprentice; and eventually drowned.. Luckily none of my warband members were killed, and I got plenty Wyrdstone (7 shards!).. My Sorcerer gained a second spell (Bellow of Doom, his first spell is Fumes of Azgorh), which is pretty nice as well! All and all it was a pretty good game! | |

| @ Boreas_NL: haha you should be! Nah, it would've been cool if you were able to attend though.. Ahh well, maybe next time? The meeting was a great success, in my opinion! We played plenty of games, I got my arse kicked by some Daemonically Possessed Squirrels several times, and seen more female booty than any other meeting! Thanks again, Ezekiel for hosting the meeting - you've been a great host once again! Some random pics of yesterday's dinner! Having a pleasant dinner.. Looks like Eli didn't really like liquid lasagne out of a bowl, I wonder why? | |

...and killed my awesome Chaos Chieftain on warhorse with 1+ armour save permanently with a marksman... But apart from that rather sad event in the last turn of the last game, it was a fun weekend, even though I am quite exhausted and mildy injured by now Tonight I'll be back home and start sorting through the pictures to write up some reports.

| Thanks guys. Gameboards were rather minimalistic this time, as we played Empire in Flames setting, but it was the first time I played on these boards with some decent warbands and fun! They double as Mordheim and Warhammer Fantasy boards, (together they reach up to 120x240 cm and form the base of my normal city board too (city tiles are placed on top of these to make hight gaming boards ) @Svenn, then do it! it's easy, everyone is helpful and friendly I guess (they were down here, and I hope Cianty thought the same of us when there ) and if you have a bit of scenery, and the guests bring some themselves, a mini campaign is easily put together quickly. | |

Im working on our terrain as quickly as possible. Tho to many ideas come and I start to many projects and have yet to finish one... sooo well have a full table of terrain in ohh I dunno 3 years.... *sigh* and I agree with Svenn, either saving some money to catch a flight to the next Amsterdam meeting or trying to get one set up in the states would be GREAT!!
