| Thanks a lot for your warm comments)
I answer some of your questions: 1) Mordoten, this site - is my blog about terrain, you can visit it, cause it has google-translate bar in top - and it translate good) Yes i sell my work sometimes. But i'm here not for selling anything)
2) akrimpen, i'll share with you anything i know about terrain-making) I use different techniques of foam carving, stone-walls making etc.)
What can i say about materials which i use in my models: - 99% - it is foam (pink or blue) - some cardboard, few balsa and wood - PVA, special glue for foam - acrillic paints
That is all. Also i use Hot wire cutter in my work.
Thanks! | |

| Hi Arny, Can you tell me a little more about the specific colors and brands of paints you use (Citadel?). I am building Mordheim stuff myself at the moment, some examples can be found here and here. What I really like on your buildings are the nice 'color patterns' , like on the roof of the 'small stone house' and on the walls of the 'house on the cemetery'. I would love to add something like that on my buildings! | |

| akrimpen, in Russia we do not use Citadel or other model paints for terrain. Cause in very expensive. So i use simple acrilic paints for houses walls (we called it "colers"). I always paint by drybrushing and nothing else. Many, many drybrush with different colours. | |

| As everyone else has said, buildings are great! Definitely show more. I come to this site for terrain ideas, mostly as I am a veteran player who needs inspiration with terrain. It is nice to see nicely painted minis, but it is finely crafted terrain that excites visitors more than anything else. | |

| I dont know if you are already a member, but take a look at the excellent site Terra Genesis: http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/Its a site dedicated to terrain making for all kinds of games/scales/projects. A lot of Warhammer related terrain also. People make terrain, upload pictures and tutorials describing how they went about creating their pieces. A great site of inspiration for all who wants to build terrain, and also to share some of their own experience |

| The "Big House" is an EXCELLENT, INCREDIBLY detailed piece...Big House has a somewhat different connotation for Americans being a euphemism for a penitentiary. I like the push pin chimney pot. VERY WELL DONE! | |

| *blinks* WOW! That latest piece is truely a masterpiece! Your attention to detail carving the foam is amazing. Well done! Very very inspirational.
Do you use any special tools for the foam... cutting the windows, woodgrain, brick work, etc?
*looks back at pics again and tries to stop jaw dropping* | |
