Okay without wishing to be the only one asking questions i have another one. In a Skaven warband I can have 6 heroes i have all of them. Can I recruit a hired warlock?

Yes, hired swords have nothing to do with your heroes allowance.

Yes, they gain experience as henchmen, but roll for advances as heroes. See the 'hired swords and experience' section on page 105 of the rulebook.

They are a pretty good hired sword, as they have some decent spells. Don't hire too many hired swords to start with, as their upkeep can eat a lot of the gold you will want for additional henchmen, weapons upgrades, etc.
