Thanks! Cavonius, I tried some stuff on the Boss... Maybe he looks a bit to "Shamanish" now, but at least he doesn't look like an Orc Boy. Note: These are my first sculpting/modeling attampts and it's with milliput so please bare with me... Inspiration came from here

| VERY NICE WORK! The cape turned out GREAT; along with the skull head piece, it REALLY is in character for an Orc Boss. You're getting VERY good at making chains & axe hafts. A FINELY DONE WIP! MILLIPUT RULES! | |

| I have to agree with DeafNala, that Boss looks awesome! For extra armouring the Black Orcs I suggest simply adding small armour plates to their thighs and shoulders. Orks and Orcs come with shoulder plates, but there are some nice bits on the Kroot sprue that would look great on upper-arms. The older Empire Swordsmen box came with small thigh-armour plates. | |

| Sweet boss! Thats more like it.
You have learned to do those chains great, looks very good!
Hmm, maybe try and do some armour in putty? Not that hard and a good way to learn how to get those edges great with putty. Take inspiration from the GW black orks and have a go. Maybe tr it on a regular ork first. Otherwise listen to Warbosskurgan
All the models are comming along great together!
As beeing a big orc player myself, here are some painting tips to get those ladz look great.
Try and keep all the colours pritty dark. (a good example on this website is the ork by Girr, in the painting and modelling section)
The skintone is very easy to make (I work with lots of shades and highlight) but this is the easy way:
First base all models in matt black.
Then paint a layer of GWs catachan green on the skin, leaving a tiny amount of black in the deepest parts, if you know what i meen.
Then mix catachan green and knarlok green (50/50) and do the same thing again, now leaving a little bit of the green alrady in place.
Then finish with knarlok green, repeting the process made before.
And remember always use a tiny amount of water in the colours as they are to thick strait from the box.
