| They look really cool! I think you did a great job of making standard Empire troops look more like Kislevites. My only complaint is that some of the pictures aren't that well lit, so the sculpting detail doesn't show. Still they look good, and the druzhina is a really cool conversion! | |

| VERY NICE STUFF! Looks like someone shot the bird your Esaul is sporting on his arm. I LOVE the baggy Cossack style pantaloons... VERY Kislev chic! Before you go hacking away on the Dwarf, you MIGHT consider this Reaper mini. It WOULD save you some time, reduce blood loss, AND spare those around you from the inevitable string of truly VILE profanity necessary to the task:

You've caputured the feel of the Sons of the Steepes WONDERFULLY. Keep up the FINE WORK!

I WILL! ^_^ DefNala: I've seen that mini before, and I must say I prefere the pose and expression on my current bear, also being a student I really can't afford the luxury of yet ANOTHER bear. When I get that dwarf of I also get a fine Hired Sword (with some convertion of course) Yeah, I'm sorry for the pictures, I went for quantity and time rather than Quality... my appartment is hardly a studio ^_^

| Very nice work! I must say that you are catching the Polish, and Russian, feel that the Kislevites have. I especially like the mace that you made from the pistol handle for one of the youths, consider it stolen . Good work and keep on posting!!! | |

| O thanks, that was really a wierd improv. It's funny though, that he carries one of those pistols as well, giving them a match.
By the way, the schimitars are made of the hilts from the Empire Archers, and the blade from the LOTR high elves! I like there slender look... not to keen with all the oversized weapons in Warhammer.

| Those baggy Cossack trousers are spot on. Nice work. That Empire engineer makes a great Kislevite too. I love his new sword-drawing pose. A great replacement for his previous telescope. | |

| Quite impresive! One notice: Call the leader "Captain" not "Druzhina" - druzhina means the same as warband/team/group. This "mace" called in Polish "buzdygan" is in fact sign of a high rank, so it will be perfect as a secondary weapon (after sword of course) for captain! | |

You are right with Druzhina, but the proper term should be "Druzhinik".

You are right with Druzhina, but the proper term should be "Druzhinik". I can't speak Russian, Czech, Slovakian....only Polish I suppose that something like druzhina appears in all Slavic languages. It's incorrect in Polish (and every other language I think) but VERY close to the oryginal! I'm quite happy that author of the Kislevites warband have used some names from our languages: druzhina and strielcy. In Polish it would be Druzynnik (and with a dot above "z") and Strzelcy. How it would be in Czech?

| Thank you, I'm kind of liking it myself ^_^
Oh, has anyone any Idea for what to put on my Bear tamer? I was thinking a Spear, it fits quite well with the fluff... or a club perhaps. I don't know if a spear would be bad in terms of play, he has a strength 4 to start with. We will probably restrict dual wield as well somehow. Any suggestions?

Strzelcy means Shooters I would go for Spear, think it would look great and work wonders gamewise.

Very resourceful! I love those Lord of the Rings elven swordsmen, but I never would have thought to use their weapons as scimitars for Warhammer. They turned out well! I'm also not real big on some of the oversized weapons.

| No, big weapons just feel clumsy, and now that GW have become really good at making thin plastic pieces I hope for more slender armory ^_^ | |
