| I've been looking for some female minis to add more variety to my warbands. What scales are the dark sword minis in? | |

| The Dark Sword Minis are REALLY tall compared to those by GW. And they have a more realistic anatomy. AND they have a more elegant and "stereotypical" design imo. I love some of the GoT-Dark Sword minis and was thinking of making a warband just out of those. But making them fit with what most gamers use on a regular basis (GW) I consider to be somewhat of a challenge, so to speak. | |

I second Grimscull on this one, they look great on their own or with a group of similar models, but trying to mix them in with other lines really doesn't work I'm afraid. I find reaper minis to be a great source of alternatives for female warband members. using the figure finder on their website you can pretty much find everything you could ever need ^^ Good luck! | |

| The Sisters are definitely VERY cool, sexy, & completely clothed minis. I rather like the Sharp Shooter myself There was a lively, though thankfully brief discussion, about unhistorical fantasy figure involving these Young Ladies over on L.A.M. It died of it's own absurdity. | |

| I LOVE the Raging Heroes line, finally female wargaming minis that don't all look like battle-trannies! Which is SO hard to find at the 25-32mm scales. | |

| IT LIVES! AND it has been awhile since the last time this old thread saw the light of day. The link doesn't work for moi, but then I don't do kickstarters anyway. Nice seeing you again, pascal! | |

| Strange. It works for me. Even if you don't kickstart, just google 'kickstarter' and 'dark elves' and choose the raging heroes kickstarter. Scroll down to the fantasy range and drool over some of the finest female mini's available today. 40k lovers should also check 'the toughest girls of the galaxy'

| The Raging Heroes stuff never is to my taste for some reason. But speaking of alternative Sigmarites and Crowdfunding, in a week there will be a campaign by Warband-Miniatures for a warband of "Warrior-Females" or something. They even call their minis Augur, Sister Superior, Matriarch, Novice, have "Hidden" and "Moonstone" markers, put little "S"s on their minis and such. BUT the best part is, the concepts and renders look really nice: https://www.facebook.com/warbandMiniatures | |

| They do have the look & feel of the original Sister with a twist of their own. EXCELLENT FIND! I think I like the Raging Heroes pieces because they remind me of Sin City. They are also way beyond my price range for minis, SO I'm safe from temptation...hopefully. | |

| I hope that the company has good lawyers or an agreement in hand, cause otherwise they seem to be asking for a lawsuit. | |
