i think, the dvdboxes as instant travelcase a GREAT TOUCH and the models seem nice as well (to me)

I just signed up for the free ghouls (much better than GW's new plastics). Has anyone outside of the Europe received them yet? I am concerned that they are just collecting market data...

Just signed up. Freebies rock. ANd a good way to get one hooked on these. They are looking quite nice, albeit a bit smaller than GW.

Has anyone yet received their ghoul?

I'm not really a fan of Dragons, but that one is VERY tempting. I like it MUCH better than the High Elf one that's being followed around by that rock.

Lucky me, yes my free gouhls arived yesterday.

Just Keep in mind they are send from UK and mailorders in Europe got problems during last 2 weeks.

Also: their Vampire lord on Pegasus is a great model to use as a vampire on winged nightmare, since GW hasn't produced a model for that yet.
(though I would give the vampire an other head and use an other colour palette)

That is indeed a great model! I've had several newsletters, but no mini yet.

Their undead skeletons are pretty fine as well, and the characters are sublime as well.

My mini's arrived today! I must say they look quite nice and detailed, not bad at all! I think I'm gonna convert/kitbash them as ungor for my beastmen.

As most of you allready know GW is having a price rise on the 1th July

I really think mantic have turned some sort of corner. I've been following their progress since the start and I wasn't particularly impressed with the elves either. But the newer stuff has something to it, I'll definitely be buying a set of the zombies:



And only 18quid for 30. Bargain.

You may also be interested to note they've pulled Alessio Cavatore in as game design consultant. I know there are mixed feelings about his GW work, but there's no denying he's a big name in the industry and Mantic seem to be making a serious play.

These guys are really making me want to start an undead army!
I just wished they would do a human army!

Their Undead Guys are Oh-So-Cool, but it's the Dwarves that really appeal to moi...if only I didn't have so much G.W. @#!!* kicking around.
Now that you mentioned it; I wonder what they'd come up with for an Human Army or Armies. If they went with a Renaissance style like G.W.'s Empire, I'd probably lose the last shreds of self restraint...I'm SO weak.
