What the Hell happened to the Mordheimer site?

The Mordheimer Site is gone.

What I get is a site for PC games & stuff that seems to open up my poor old PC to a variety of unwanted advertisements, but no beloved old Mordheim rules & stuff.

Oh, I wasn't suggesting that I was doing anything right and you wrong.

I have no clue why I seem to be the only one around for whom the site works. Maybe this IS a bad sign?

The only (noobish) theory I have is that this is due to my internet provider. While I seem to be only one in the world who can't access TMP at home (which HAS to be due to my provider) I may get exclusive access to Mordheimer in return. Maybe the provider has cached the entire page (which is ridiculous if you think about it for longer than a second, but it is the only explanatin I can think of).

Fact is I can still acces the site, clicking through random pages on there works fine.
I haven't been there in ages so none of the pages is chached.
I "hard refreshed" the site.
It works in FF, IE and Chrome.

Weird thing indeed...

My guess is that the truth is that the site is down indeed. But if I am not seeing the Mordheimer site as it really is, how can I be sure that any page is actually what it should be? How can I be sure that my provider isn't manipulating other sites too? Who can guarantee that any of you even exist and are not some bots? Aaaaaaaah!!!

Maybe Mordheimer will explain it soon.

I can't think of a more pathetic ending than dying in part 3 of Matrix. No one deserves such a death.

Personally I a very curious person so I would definately take red normally. But I don't want to ever relive the last two parts of this trilogy.

Can I take the red one and not die? If not, I think I'll stick with blue. Back on topic, I just get a gaming site, too. Noooooooooooooo!

Is there another site u guys know of that provides the same amount of info?.. I really liked being able to reference all the "unofficial" warband data.

TBMF actually has the biggest number of Mordheim references in the resources section. I don't know of any site that actually has copied and hosted that much stuff though. In moste cases you can get the stuff from the original sources though (except probably for the scenarios and a few exclusive warbands lists).

Anyways, don't worry. I am sure Mordheimer will clear things up. If I am not mistaken he paid for the domain not that long ago so it should be there for some time...

In the meantime let's relax and take more blue pills. LOL

It seems that the Mordheimer site has indeed passed beyond our realm. Well, for everyone except Cianty, who seems to still have access to the site (necrophilia).

I propose that we lay the site's zombie bones to rest with a series of eulogies (before any ONE defiles the corpse any further).

Well, even if the site is dead, it's not the first time that happens and it did return once already, so we should be a little more optimistic

I was just looking at Mordheimer trying to get permission to host a bunch of the downloads from there on my site. Damn.

Does anyone have the full site cached? Perhaps I could get permission to mirror it or something? Or at least take as much information as possible and put it up somewhere else.

i think there is some torrents up on either thepiratebay.org or demonoid.org with the same things that was hosted at mordheimer.

If someone gives me a list of anything they might want I will seek it out and try and put it up on www.tabletopgeeks.com

I just want to see the Mordheim community continue, so the more freely available things are, the better for us all. Mordheimer was a great site, and it's sad to see it gone.
