| Return policy?
Good question. I have no idea... my guess would be "No return policy" though. Games Workshop taking back stuff? I don't think so.
The only experience I had with returning things so far, was that I returned a paint (Fiery Orange I believe), unopened, because I had bought it twice by mistake. I was allowed to exchange it for another paint. _________________

| I've always had a fantastic experience with the way GW deals with returns. Give them a ring (Mail Order or you local store) and ask about you particular needs, I'm sure they'll be very helpful. I've swapped stuff I've been bought and didn't want and stuff that had deformed parts: no problems. I've also had refunds on things I'd bought and changed my mind about: I had a receipt and the stuff was unopened, so they were fine.

| I ordered a treeman that had a three legs and one arm (or something like that) and I phoned mail order and they sent me a new one and I got to keep the original. I'm amazed they do though, 'cos it would be so easy to abuse. | |

| Same with me... ordered some Bretonnian knight, they sent the wrong one, I sent a message and a few days later, the one I wanted was in the mail without any requests for the other one.
So I'd say their return policy is very generous.

| I've returned stuff to the store that was unopened with a receipt for full cash refunds. I think I've also returned stuff without the receipt, but I can't remember if I got a cash refund or what. What are you trying to return exactly, because that could make a difference?
Your best bet is just to go ask them, and explain them whateve the situation is.

| I had been given a Wood Elf Army boxed set that had two boxes of Glade Guard that were actually 32 Glade Riders. Like Chad, after contacting the US Mail Order folks, they PROMPTLY sent along the correct minis WITHOUT requiring the return of the wrong ones. Some Austrian chap wound up benefitting from this fortuitious event. | |

| Hmmmm, how old are the boxes? They might not return OOP, as they probably can't resell them. | |

| Yeah, OOP is a problem. They don't take stuff back if OOP, from what I remember when I tried to send back an ogre that was messed up. Instead, they replaced him with a current one.
If they are unopened boxes, and OOP, then I say your best bet is to put them up for trade in the trading section, with a list of things that you are looking for. I have a LOT of items to trade, if you want, as well as most people on here.
Just list what you have and what you want, and I am sure that you can be pointed in the right direction.
