Yeah, they are both really nice. - NoisyAssassin wrote:

Well, I find them big enough overall. But the height of the individual floors can indeed be problematic. Speaking from my personal experience I don't consider this a showstopper though: We do not enter buildings all that often during games (because the mission objective drives us elsewhere) and if we do, we often use "proxy rules", such as "you are automatically engaged when there two opposing models" or "it takes one turn to leave via the opposite door", etc. Because it is difficult to play in these buildings "as is". And I am speaking of Stronghold Terrain, Grand Manner, and other products. Therefore it is often times enough to just be able to place the figures inside somehow. The rest is then dealt with otherwise. I really need to write down some proper rules for this in-house gaming sometime... - Von Kurst wrote:

| I think I'll content myself with the mansion and one townhouse, I don't really need many intact buildings for Mordheim and it would be too expensive to populate my Marienburg board with these lovelies. I'll have to do some very delicate surgery to expand the staircase though, I use 25mm squares as the smallest base size. NoisyAssassin; honestly I'd reconsider if I were you mate, your eye could be tricking you a little. TTW responded to my email to tell me the height of the bottom floor of the mansion(measured from base of model to underside of the first wooden beam) is 46mm, and the height of the door itself(measuring just the wooden part to the inside of the stone arch) is 34mm, and the townhouses appear equivalent to that. Having been inside a few historical buildings from the kind of era these are supposed to represent, they seem bang-on for 28-32mm models(if you think of 32mm as fairly tall people); exploring history when you're nearly 6'4" tall is a recipe for head injuries | |

| Thank you guys for your nice comments We have a sneak peek of our current project for you - a Town Gate! For this Christmas we decided to do something really special. The model will be massive and highly detailed with fully operational gates. It will be released around November 15. This is just a "work in progress" picture of the part of the building. We still have a lot of work to do. | |
