Widgren, you've done it again! Those ogres are fantastic! Are there more pics in your blog? If not, how about some individual 360's? They look like they deserve it. Are you planning to use them in BTB?

jaquemart: they are OOPs from rackhams old metal confrontation range. the tattoos are sculpted into their flesh so i cant take much credit for them.

folkets fiende: there are back and front pics in the blog. they are made to be able to be used as a maneatersgang but i doubt that they ever will see battle.

i just might whip them out once to knock my main adversary per and his gang of marienburgers!

I always find out about the cool models after they are OOP. Nice vibrant colors. What did you use for the clump grass on their bases? That has a very oriental feel to it.

thanks! they are sculpted on the models so they were easy:) they made the skin a bit tougher, though.

Wow! Beautiful models and excellent paint jobs! Even if the tattoos are sculpted onto the skin, they still came out incredibly well! Sometimes something like that can be more of a challenge to work around than to paint on free-hand.

thanks, myntokk! thats true, if the skin had been smoothe it would be an easy task to do some. but then id have to desigen them myself and thats another topic in it self:)

I completely agree with Myntokk. Also must say that it's actually kind of relief that those tattoos are not freehand. That would had been just inhuman.
