Short time lurker,

Hello all,
I'm Bjørn from the icy north, and I stumbled over this forum through a google-search a couple of days ago. Being quite happy and curious to look over as many threads as possible, I didn't think about registration untill today.

I'm pretty new to Mordheim, still to do my first battle, but what I've read and seen it seems to be the perfect game for me. I've been playing WFB since 5th ed so not completely new to the system, lore etc. What Mordheim does better is that there's only a few models needed, and one only needs a day to make a complete band quikly. In addition it frees up way more time to give each miniature the care and personality it deserves!

I've tried building my own Dwarf Treasure Hunter band, both list wise and models, so will try to get some pictures up for the judges (you) to see. Plans are to also build a Night Goblin one in the near future with the miniatures I have. Or from the high elves, or bretonnians, or beastmen, or empire. Too many choices..


Looking forward to check out more threads, get more inspiration and exchange experiences while I try to make my way in Mordheim. Also looking forward to try out building terrain and buildings, seen some really stunning works around here! So, heya all!

Indeed, the stunties are my main priority now, but I will see what type of warband I can make out of the hundreds of painted, unpainted and unassembled gobbos lurching around my apartment. I've seen some truly great madness here already, so looking forward to add my fungus eating fanatics to the gang!

Welcome to Tom's, Björn - a great place for all things relating to Mordheim. Dwarves make a great warband (although they can be a little slow at the start of their career).
