I have started making an Undead warband.
I was inspired by the Myself thread here on the forum. I made an copy of myself as a zombie inspired by an commercial that I have participated in.
Here I am.
The next thing I made was my partner from the commercial. Together they are called the Kislev Wonder Brothers.
UNFORTUNATELY I LOST MY CAMERA ON A TRIP TO SPAIN. SO THE REST OF THE PICTURES ARE TAKEN WITH MY PHONE. SORRY FOR THE BAD QUALITY!
Then one of the three dregs. The idea for the dreg is that he is an country bumpkin that was run out of his village by the rest of the villagers because of some bad deed. He then was rounded up by my vampire and put under the vampires protection.
The next mini that I will paint is a Necromancer. I have some trouble figuring out what the colour of his skin should be. I want a real pale one, but not as pale/greyish as I will make my vampire's. Any thoughts on how to paint his skin?

I LOVE the reaction of the Judges...especially the Girl's. The Mostly Dead Guys are looking GOOD...decayed, but good nonetheless. The fuzziness of the phone photos gives the Lads the appearance of having just escaped from a low budget Zombie Flick. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

For the Necro skin, maybe try a normal skin tone but build up the highlights to Dheneb Stone (GW Foundation paint). Then apply very thin glazes of blues, purples and greens to the eye sockets and other recesses. Should look almost dead but not quite.
